Communication is very poor
Communication is very poor. Class 1 HGV work seems busy with other agencies. Cannot even get more than a day with best connection.
Wouldn't recommend them if you want to work.

HANGER LANE IS AMAZING
I had an absolutely amazing experience with The Best Connection at Hanger Lane. From the very start, the manager, Ainars Gross (A.K.A. Andy), played a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable process throughout my entire journey. He was extremely supportive and helpful during the interview and registration process, always taking the time to understand my preferences and personality to match me with roles that were not only suited to my skills but also aligned perfectly with my interests.
Even after leaving TBC for a while, I returned to the agency as a re-registering candidate, and I was placed into a new job instantly. This quick turnaround speaks volumes about how efficient and responsive the team is. What stands out most about The Best Connection is the constant support they provide— as long as you communicate well, maintain good attendance, and meet performance expectations, they are always there to look after you and ensure you're well taken care of.

Avoid
If I could give less than one star I would, what a horrible company to work for, well at least the Cardiff branch. There was a real lack of communication between them and the company that they had employed me for and to top it all off when I disputed the fact I had been promised overtime all that happened is Ben shouted at me telling me “I’ll just get someone else to do it” I will never work for this company again.

Long Term Experience.
Have been using the Walsall branch for a good few years now, they are my go to for HGV drivers as and when required for holiday cover etc. The Transport Reps are great they have managed to pull it out the bag more than once to get me what I need, even supplying within an hour of the panic phone call at 6AM when there's been a no show.

great staffing solutions
We have been using staff from the Leicester branch for 7 years and we have nothing but good things to say about them. The guys there are dedicated to finding the right person for the particular role that you need filling , rather than just sending you a spare pair of hands.
We previously used 2 or 3 other agencies , but The Best Connection are now our go to agency and all of the staff are very good at dealing with the odd little problem that does crop up from time to time.
