I can’t thank John and his service team enough.
After having my Big Mans Octane Recliner for almost two years I had an issue. They asked for some pictures and after validating the warranty took complete control and resolved the issue.
John was attentive, responsive , empathetic and most importantly seemed passionate about resolving the issue. I never felt like a nuisance. Remember, in life, things go wrong. It’s how the issues are handled that measures a companies roots! I could not be happier.

Terrible, terrible company. Waited MONTHS for 12 theater seats; when they finally arrived, instead of 12 seat backs and seat bottoms, they sent 24 seat back and no seat bottoms. Nothing but excuses and yet more time to hear anything about shipping the bottoms. I can't even describe the level of incompetence with every person I spoke with at this company, aside, OF COURSE, the salesperson. No return calls, no updates - and I still have one seat I cannot put together due to missing parts. OVER 6 months working with this company. There are other options - I encourage you to seek them out and avoid this company.

Cherise was exceptional! We needed the theater seats delivered to our rental property in TN while we were still there. She made sure that it happened! She worked with us thru the delivery calling several times to update us and keeping track of the order. The seats arrived in time and we were able to set up the theater room before we left. She was so pleasant and helpful through the entire process!!!!

From the moment I placed my order through when I confirmed the dates of shipping, I have had nothing but excellent customer service. I highly recommend Theater Seat store!

Sales person said the sofa would ship out in two days….after a week and a half I called and they said it was on backorder. It would be another month and a half….after a month and a half I called and they said it would ship out in a week…. after a week, I found out that they lost it…..after they found it. I found out that it would be another week…. after another week, it arrived to my house, beat up damaged and leather ripped on the sofa.

The delivery works did a great job. Very professional.

Called to modify an existing order that I placed through Octane Seating corporate. The lady that answered was easy to understand and sounded like an American accent. She handled my request in less than 2 minutes. She was polite and friendly. As I haven't received my furniture I can't comment on anything further at this time.
