Outstanding service received from the Airgun Centre Rayleigh. I had tried everything to get my Wulf compressor to fill my HW100 and at risk of feeling stupid gave in and contacted the shop. Justin suggested a couple of things to try and should that not work bring it to the shop. The following morning Ian filled my rifle in seconds and Justin explained why my compressor wasn’t filling. He fixed it in minutes didn’t charge and didn’t make me feel daft at all. Would highly recommend The Airgun Centre to all

I recently purchased a Weihrauch HW100 X from The Airgun Centre and I’m extremely happy with the overall experience.

The rifle was delivered over the weekend at the exact agreed time, which was perfect as we were at home. Everything arrived well packaged, fully set up and ready to use, including the scope already mounted.

When I later had a question regarding filling the rifle, the team was very helpful and took the time to talk me through the issue over the phone. The advice was clear, practical and the problem was resolved quickly.

Excellent communication, reliable delivery and genuine after-sales support. I’ll definitely be coming back for another rifle… assuming my wife doesn’t kick me out first! 😄

I ordered an airgun combo online from The Airgun Centre on Boxing Day.
Their pricing was really competitive and they had the rifle and scope I wanted in stock.

The price included an upgraded scope and free home delivery.

Home delivery was arranged for between 09:30 and 11:30 on Sunday the 4th January. The delivery driver arrived on time and was very cheerful.

I can't fault the whole Airgun Centre experience, from ease of navigating the website, placing my order, receiving regular updates and finally having the gun delivered directly to my home on time.

Ordered an Air Arms s410 with scope and accessories. They arrived in good time, in excellent condition and the rifle is very accurate straight out of the case. Really impressed with the service and the rifle, great value as it came with a Hawke 4-16x50 IR scope.

I bought my first air rifle from this shop at the beginning of 2025 and their customer service was just amazing, I was given so much time and advice from the team and felt confident that I, with their help had made the right choice. I then returned to them 4/5 weeks ago wanting to purchase my next air rifle and again the support given was just amazing!!. Since taking ownership of my new air rifle I have had to call the team on a couple of occasions and it’s so nice to be recognised and get the same level of support ensuring that all my questions were answered and when extra items were needed they were sent out to me that day. Clean and simple to use web site. My order was efficiently processed and all communication (via email) was conducted in a timely fashion with all questions being answered to the full. The staff were on the ball when notifying me of a delay, and kept me informed at all points of the delivery process. I was even given (for free) an additional 2nd hand magazine - brilliant - most unexpected and most welcome! I will be back again for additional purchases!

The staff are friendly and courteous and very patient! Their prices may be slightly higher but to me the lifelong warranty and the fact I can go to them with any problems with my rifle more than compensates for the few extra pounds.

First time that i used the shop and it won't be my last the staff are all excellent the staff member that served me was steve he was very good and explained everything to me about my purchase the stock level is excellent they have everything that i need for my air rifle.
