Exceptional Service from Start to Finish
A huge thank you to Charlene and James at The Mortgage Store. They made what can often be a stressful and overwhelming process feel incredibly straightforward, smooth, and completely stress-free from beginning to end.
Their communication was excellent throughout, they were always available to answer questions, and I genuinely felt that they had my best interests at heart every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they kept everything moving efficiently and professionally.
If only everyone involved in the house-moving process worked with the same level of efficiency, care, and customer focus, the whole experience would be so much easier! Charlene and James set the standard for how customer service should be delivered.
I wouldn't hesitate to use The Mortgage Store again and, whenever I need to remortgage in the future, they will be my first call. Highly recommended.

Great service and advice!
Genevieve did an amazing job securing our mortgage on our new home. She locked in a lower rate before the recent rises by making sure the application was submitted on time, even when it was late in the working day!
Charlene followed up by ensuring all of our documents where available to download and she was there to answer any question we had about any element of the mortgage.
