I have ordered from Caroline for over 5 years now. I’ve ordered all different biscuits for different occasions including favours for my wedding, my friends Dad having cancer, celebrating friends engagements and general thank you biscuits and a hug in biscuit. I don’t usually leave reviews but I just wanted to mention the amazing customer service I received on 2 orders placed recently. Both when I made a mistake on the delivery address (which when I called was so quickly rectified without any bother at all!) but also when I called to see if my Christmas pre-order was likely to arrive by a specific day as the recipient was going away (they sent by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked at no extra cost to myself as they knew the postal strikes would cause delayed and they wanted to try and ensure they were prioritised as best as they could!). And the biscuits themselves…well I couldn’t fault them! Will definitely buy again!

Ordered multiple times over the years and it has brought a wonderful smile to the recipient’s faces every single time! Also been surprised with a delivery for me from someone and it brought just as big a smile to my face! These biscuits are not just biscuits they are a whole feeling in themselves and just the biggest hug in a biscuit. And delicious too! Thank you!

The Kitsch Hen made our wedding favour biscuits which were amazing! They tasted delicious and looked fab, guests commented on how lovely they were. They also put together some lovely biscuit gifts for our wedding party. The communication around all of this was outstanding. Even when our wedding kept getting postponed due to covid the staff were always so accommodating making it slightly easier for a very stressed bride!
