The Customer Service, shipping updates & order process were just fine. I was disappointed in the quality of the shirts. I expected cotton blend or a knit type material but they were actually a slick... See more

I felt like I was deceived about purchasing a product associated with our veterans in mind, to include myself. Made in the USA does not mean Finland! It also took almost 4 weeks to receive the shirts.... See more
Ordering was easy. However, I expected the item to be shipped from a warehouse in the US, not from overseas. The item did arrive before I planned to wear it. But since it said "Polo Shirt" I expected... See more
shirt looks good but picture that convinced me to order looked like the DD-214 was embroidered and not just stamped on the material. Lot cheaper than it appeared!

Surprised
I thought that my shirt would have been made in the states not overseas and the length of time to receive it. Also there is no tag in the shirt to say what the material is and how to best clean it, wash or dry clean. However I’m happy with the fit and color.

Which a name that includes Texas Local…
Which a male that includes Texas Local you’d think they are in Texas. The website makes it look like the lettering is embroidered. But it is iron on. Not happy with the quality either. They are not as good as they make them seem. Lightweight and almost see threw material.

A photo shop shirt.
I made the mistake of not understanding what a print shirt was. The site photo shows a typical shirt with sewing on flag and the DD214 insignia. Upon receipt I got this crappy material with a photo graphic of the insignia's. A complete POS! Not at all as depicted in the advertisement! Very very disappointed!

Misrepresenting bordering on Scam.
Misrepresenting. Not a Texas company. Came from China. The product I ordered was shipped and delivered to a Pennsylvania address. I live in Utah! So far the support response is nill
Also, it took several weeks to even get to this point. So I conclude that you should run away from this business!!

This online store represented on…is a FRAUD. It is a scam to send your money to Belgim or other countries.
This online store represented on Facebook is a scam. I paid for the item and thought it is coming from Texas. My tracking record shows it has arrived in Belgium. Contacting customer service via website give a same written response of "We fully understand your concerns. We operate warehouses across the globe,
and your order will be dispatched from the one that’s closest to you (with full stock available).
This ensures faster delivery, rest assured.
Yours sincerely,
Customer Service Team"
There is now way to cancel an order or talk to anyone. I have reported Facebook ad page as fraud.
Other responses says they ship from worldwide.

I received my order and was a little disappointed in the actual shirt fabric. I had a different expectation.
But the color details and printing are very nice and I know my Navy veteran husband will enjoy it.
