Avoid this company, don't buy anything from them! Beautiful pictures on the website, big promises, in reality cheap and bad Chinese crap. And even though you get a product that is different from what you ordered, the return doesn't work and the entire order remains "school money" - after all, that's how this company's business logic is built.

The look of the pen was good. The ink packs didn't have a color on the outside and all the ink was black. I ordered green and brown but that was not what I received.

I never received the product I ordered but got a "free" gift. They refuse to issue a full refund and will not ship the ordered product. They have offered to refund me $6 (up from the original $3 they offered) of the $25 I paid for something I never got AND they want me to ship back the free gift. Bullshit scam!

I have the same complaint as everyone else. It says, startling silver, but I don't know what kind of metal this is. It's not Sterling silver think its made out of a beer Can it's awful? The Stone inside is plastic. That is not what it shows or says in the video. I want my money back. Not recommended, ever,

I ordered a large locket from them after seeing a video of the locket being made as well as the beautiful types of materials used to make it. The locket I received was made NOT from the materials featured in the video but made from the cheapest of base metals and the "crystal" that was supposed to be the included was PLASTIC!!! Also the hinge on the locket was defective resulting in the two sides of locket not interfacing but sagging from each other. I would never again give these people my $ again!

Complete scammers, ordered a embroidery kit on the 2nd April, received a tracking number which started out in the USA and received daily updates until it was out for delivery in Morocco on the 1st of May. By the 19th still undelivered. So I emailed them to ask for the name of the shipping company.

In a flash I received an email saying that they were sending me another one and here is my new tracking number. On checking this it was dated as leaving China on the 30th April!! 19 days before I told them I did not receive the original order!

On emailing them back to again ask for the shipping company they said sorry because of President Trump and his recent tariffs parcels were held up in customs.

Which parcel the one that had cleared customs in both the USA and Morocco or the one that had been sent out again before I asked for it.

The next email read that they were as anxious as me about the non receipt of my parcel and were contacting the shipping partner.
I emailed again saying if you do not give me the name of the shipping company, I will instruct my bank to do a charge back.

They are now radio silent. My bank Wise refunded my money ☺️. Would have liked the kit. So please don’t order from these thieves. If you are waiting on an order do a charge back through your bank.

April 14 tracking states item ordered was leaving Italy. Order updates every few days stating it's at customs. It's leaving customs. It's in the US. I complain about the time it's taking. They make excuses about this and that. Most recent excuse was because of tariffs. I called BS. They blame the shipping company and claim they have contacted them. Most recent update on 5/17 states a new tracking number with a new shipping company. Stating order has been sent out and will be updated in the coming days. I doubt I receive anything. If I do, I'm sure it will be nothing like what was advertised when ordered. COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU'LL BE LUCKY TO EVEN GET AN ITEM

I do not believe that this is a genuine company. The items I purchased were from a video showing a skilled artist making jewellery from Stirling silver. Eight weeks after ordering - two days after complaining I had received nothing - complete tat turned up. Yes it looked a little like the photos but it was not the pieces I ordered. I have now been 'threatened' that it will cost me too much to return the items as they sent the correct thing. Total scam. Do not trust this company!

Item had a faulty catch which broke straight away when first opened
Item was returned tracked and signed for to the address on the envelope it came in and the firm will not refund my money because they recon I returned it to the wrong address

I received my order after waiting for 2 weeks. The item was well-packaged and arrived in good condition. Although I wished for a quicker delivery, the wait was worth it as I'm pleased with my purchase. The shipping process was smooth and had no major issues.

Impressively useful folding pad, keeps surfaces safe and fun to fidget with when not in use. Recommended!

I waited patiently for three weeks, and when it finally arrived, I was pleased with the unique design and decent quality. Although the price was attractive, the shipping was quite slow, slightly affecting the experience.

SCAM!!!! They deliver something else than the picture shows on their website. I ordered a jeans and I received a jeans that is far too short. It looks ridiculous. They will compensate me with 11 usd

Paid an arm and a leg for underwear that was not the size they stated and instead of exchanging them, they asked me if I could give them to someone else.This firm is a total scam. It is disgusting how they get away with treating people like this. Ikeep sending emails but now they just ignore me. 70 euros straight down the pan.

I was sent a defective/incorrect item (Camera handle for cell phone with charger). There's no way there's a charging battery in the item I received. Company has been running me around for DAYS, hours and hours in between communications. Offered me a $5 discount instead of sending it back, which they indicated I would have to pay for. This is directly contrary to their own information on the web site. Not to mention there's a $15 difference between the charging and non-charging item on the site. This is a total scam, do not order from this site. I wish I hadn't.

The product I ordered turned out to be the wrong size.
Their returns policy is a LIE!
Rather than facilitate a return, they asked me to give the product (underwear) to someone else!
Beggars belief... avoid!!!

Do not buy anything from them. No refund policy and the items they advertise is different from what they deliver. Scam company!

I have tried for days to get a refund but they just sent me an standard email, everytime I try to contact them..The order I got, is terrible...poor quality and very bad shape..please never buy anyting from them. They get minus 1000 stars from me.
