Not reliable
I had a bad experience ordering currency recently and only ended up getting it several days late.
It turns out their website is very misleading about what actually happens when you order currency - when someone places an order for currency online, the currency is not actually ordered immediately but is instead sent to the bureau at the specific store to actually order the currency. If they are unavailable - e.g. sickness - the order might be indefinitely delayed - so that even when the bureau reopens, the currency is still not there.
In addition, they don't even reserve the currency you've already paid for, so by the time they do get round to ordering it, it might well be out of stock for the less common currencies.
If you do order from them I suggest immediately following up to make sure the order has been placed.
