Never open an ISA with a supermarket bank, stick to buying beans!
opened ISA with Tesco - absolutely no update on what is happening - i had to call them last week to confirm that they had received my form in the post as they do not process online applications! They had received it and the woman confirmed by phone that the same rate of interest would apply and this would be confirmed by email - an email which never arrived. This is a terrible way for a company to act when they have tens of thousands of a customers funds yet will not bother to confirm by email that they have. Between that and the app that refuses my security number again and again so then I have to go through an entire security process to find that nope, no mention of my money or of the ISA in the app! Utterly Terrible Bank! Moneybox sadly has a lower rate of interest or i would not have moved - their service has been fantastic.

This is not a bank. The phone conversation i had with a staff member was so bad. I needed help with my credit card as i was charged 1p (weird)
