Address label
The fabric was perfect just what I ordered. Delivery was more of an issue as the fabric didn't arrive on the day specified. The problem was the address label. The label was cut short at the right hand side and so the whole of my address wasn't visible to the delivery company. More care from dispatch at Terry's needed on this occasion.

Our experience of dealing with Terrys fabrics to have some curtains made was overall excellent from start to receiving the finished product. Price was very competative!
The information provided on the web site was user friendly and easy to follow; thus ensuring we got the measurements right.
A sample of the material was sent to double check it was what we wanted.
Communication with the team was effective and friendly.
Curtains arrived quickly and early, surpassing expected timescales.The manufacture is very high quality and to say we are so pleased with the service and delivery, that we have received, is an understatement! Would recommend them to all.

Excellent curtains
I ordered curtains that were blackout and had the added bonus of being thermal too, but as yet unproven!
Colour exactly as stated, they were nice and light, so easy to hang and so much nicer than the last heavy blackouts I had hung with the other pairs of curtains (two as it is a large bay window) that I was replacing. They are perfect, they look good and were very easy to iron and the creases from packaging soon dropped out.
I really recommend them.
Excellent service in ordering and next day delivery at no extra cost.
Also very good value I bought two pairs for£101 in the sale.
I will use this company again.

I have been a customer for some years…
I have been a customer for some years and love their products and pricing. I’m very disappointed that they use Evri for deliveries because I have wasted hours of my own time trying to locate missing or misdelivered parcels. Terrys need to use a reliable courier service or I shall not order more goods from them again. Rachael at Terrys customer services was very helpful but their dispatch department or management need to take note.
