Got my order wrong and never responded to any email or picked up the phone
I ordered 3 sets of Eybna Terpenes from them one of them was ‘Master Kush’. They sent me ‘Mango Kush’ instead of master Kush. The other ones were correct though. I put it down to a mistake due to similar names and sent an email. I had no response so after a couple of weeks I sent another email and they have not responded to either. The phon number on their site also doesn’t seem to work, I called it several times and no one ever picked up. The customer service is absolutely shocking. Try a different company that won’t get your order wrong and then never even try to correct it.

Had a similar experience as the other 2 star review. Literally tastes and smells like pine essential oil. Nothing like the strain, added nothing good to my CBD. Pretty disappointed

Taste like cheap essential oils!
Ordered 3 different cannabis strains terpenes, delivered fairly quickly, but the taste... all of them taste literally like pine essential oil mixed with mango essential oil, the vaping experience is not pleasant as well- as if you were vaping cheap pine essential oil... very disappointed.. The description on the website also portrays it as if the terpenes were derived from the hemp plant, which is not the case. I emailed the company on their 2 separate email addresses couple of weeks ago and have not received any response since.
