Terpenes UK Reviews

Amazing by far the best company this side of the pond doing terps. Highly recommend. Might even be better then mass terps. Customer service is phenomenal too Alen's a pleasure to deal with.

Ordered some flavours late on a Friday...paid the royal mail next day delivery..it arrived discreetly packaged on the next day... fantastic service... amazing turnaround.... definitely recommend this company for your top flavours....💚💯

These guys have everything your looking for in the terpz space, the customer service is unreal offering great guidance on how to use there products and recommendations always sort you out when ordering. So if your hesitant on ordering don't sleep on these guys I'd say the market leader for these kind of products in the UK !

10/10 to deal with good quality products speedy delivery

This company is absolutely fantastic; incredible products at a really fair and affordable price point, fantastic customer service who are friendly, patient and informative (they helped walk me through some unfamiliar aspects of the terpenes world as well as going out of their way to find tutorials to guide me through the process of creating the product I was aiming for) and seem to always include a generous free sample of extra goodies... 1000% recommended - I've placed a couple of orders at this point and shall absolutely be back for more, and wouldn't dream of purchasing this stuff from anyone else.

Great company, the triple scoop is heavenly

I can't stress enough how Impressed I am with terpenes uk. Products are well priced and service was easy and pleasant. To top it off, they also sent me a couple free samples which are always appreciated. 10/10

Great range of specialist products. I was looking for a specific terpene to help with my wife's fibromyalgia. I had several queries before purchasing and the response I received from them was A1. I ordered the particular product, which arrived swiftly. I would be happy to recommend this company 👏

Cannot fault them at all. Up to date with the current trends within the cannabis and terpene industries, and feature prices that still compete with others out there. They really do go the extra mile for you here, and that's the biggest reason I keep coming back.

Been using these guys for 3 orders so far, always prompt delivery & the terps are good enough to me. This time i even got a free sample of goji OG on a £10 order! :)

Don’t get these reviews. I had the complete opposite. A very pleasant conversation with them and advise on what I may need plus advice on which products do what and which are fully hemp derived etc. got what I needed and it’s been a successful first go. Thanks guys I’d definitely deal with them again. If you don’t know what you need then contact them don’t get it wrong and then complain it was abit piney if you bought the cheapest stuff you could. If you want quality you have to pay a little more for the live resin terpenes.

i would like too say that this company out does all others for me! the delivery is 2nd too none and they always send me a free surprise sample flavours, which makes the experience ordering from them even better! ive been ordering from them for quite a number of years now and i would like to add i wont be going anywhere else flavours are always what you want never had a problem at all thanks

good company i dont understand the other experience ! delivery with ups on island of réunion good company !

Just stole my money got one email saying thanks for the order, with no tracking number or anything? Then when I email or try contact them for some update you get nothing, no response just a scam stay far away.....

Great prices and top quality products. Received free special delivery. GDP live resin is the best terps you'll find in the UK, Ccell carts are great and leur lock syringes are top notch. Will definitely be using them again.

I've tried to call this company several times but the phone is just picked up and put down. I always recommend calling and speaking with someone before spending my hard earned money. They've failed at the first hurdle!!

Outstanding service, professional delivery always on time, been using these guys for well over 5 years and never let me down.

Looking at the reviews made me nervous to buy but I ordered 1ml terps and they gave me a free flavour enhancer, honestly really happy with this, packaged nicely and arrived in 1 day

didnt respond when i asked for a refund. bad service. trash service

Ignores messages, products are inferior and just taste like pine. Also sell some dodgy chemicals they expect you to vape. Squalene for one, do not put their stuff in your vape, this company cannot be trusted.
