Have been many times since it opened
Have been many times since it opened - provides great value for money for activities and drinks. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Can book easily online or by walking in. Usually some good deals on the bowling - 3 games for £10 and similar.
Noticed the past few times there have been some tech issues with some of the lanes we’ve been on and had to move. Maybe time for some maintenance. When issues are encountered staff quick to fix or to transfer to another lane.
Karaoke rooms good condition with plenty of choice, and thankfully sound proof. Good value. Table tennis also good value and good condition - tables could maybe benefit from a bit more space.
Overall brilliant venue in the centre of Sheffield, gives good value. Staff and bouncers all very pleasant.

Enjoyed it, lane ready on time, nice bar area too. Sky sports at the lane a big bonus. Glad we were downstairs as much quieter than up.

We had 2 games of bowling which was a good price just a shame they didn’t have enough staff. Our lights was broke and we see the pins very well. We put the service light on and no one came for nearly an hour. We was on our second game by the time anyone came and they couldn’t fix the problem anyway. Not blaming the staff but maybe if you have offers on you should have more working.

Ten pin has a good layout and options for food and drinks. Good bowling facilities and also has arcades. So a good visit for the whole family.

Crap customer service
Nice place but customer service was lame, not given clear instruction as the where we were going, meal was nice but a dot of mayo on burgers was not adequate. Game machines took money but did not work

Fantastic results from the manager on…
Fantastic results from the manager on duty that day. We had an issue with the bumpers for the kids as one wouldnt come up due to a break. Thankfully the manager was brilliant. She moved us to a different lane and then gave the kids some sweets to cheer them up. What a kind and thoughtful gesture. Having worked in the services industry myself its the little things thst go a long way. Also I could tell the team were short staffed and it was busy being the easter holidays. Some things cant be accounted for as mitigating circumstances happen...I wish I could remember her name. She deserves credit for keeping the peace ans everything flowing. Others could learn a thing of two from her management style and approach.

This was a free game after having a…
This was a free game after having a party there for our son's birthday. However, there was a technical fault after we had 2 turns so had to move lanes. The first member of staff had very poor social skills and didn't even talk to us when she came to check the issue. The second member of staff was lovely, explained that a fuse had blown and gave us a voucher for another free game. We will be back! :)

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service! Came to celebrate my son’s 8th birthday with 5 friends for his birthday which was pre booked. Arrived to be met with the most sullen young girl ever. No smile, no nothing. Went downstairs and honestly I’ve seen cleaner toilets. Old food and drinks left on tables, food all over the floor and the alley we had hadn’t even been cleaned down before we arrived. We had to remove glasses/rubbish as there wasn’t a staff member in sight. Within 20 minute of our arrival they brought the food out for the children which was the smallest basket of nuggets and fries. Wouldn’t even fill a toddler. Explained we wasn’t ready to eat yet. The staff member shrugged his shoulders and said “well I didn’t know” and walked off. Waited another 25 minute for a coffee. My partner had to go back to the bar and ask where it was for him to be told he needs to go to the other bar for it as it’s made there. The staff I did see was just stood there talking amongst themselves, ignoring customers and not even attempting to keep the place clean and tidy. Not a very good experience and will not be returning.

Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly and the staff were good, welcoming and informative.
While the food isn’t obviously isn’t high end restaurant it is good, decent and as expected. It stands up to other places we could have gone to eat very well.
We will most definitely be returning… maybe for golf next time.
