Anytime I have a question, support answers very promptly. The system does what I need it to. Their how-to articles are easy to follow. The only downside is it takes quite a while from when tenant pays rent to actually receiving it in your account.

Tenant cloud has offered everything I need to run my property

Tenantcloud does a great job giving me the tools to support my rental properties. I gave 4/5 stars as troubleshooting can be clunky, and the payment system changed. I now pay a fee to wait a week to receive payment (before it was free to receive payment within 24 hours). Otherwise, I've enjoyed using the platform.

I use Tenant Cloud for all my rental properties. It makes collections easy because it automates email reminders, and applies late fees automatically. It streamlines lease management with electronic signatures. And lets me keep track of maintenance requests all in one place.

I am grateful how TenantCloud has made it easy to keep track of so many tenant related issues and transactions.

TenantCloud is a great product for Property Managers and Landlords alike because it helps automate tedious tasks throughout the entire tenant lifecycle, from application, to onboarding, to move-in, and more. Nevertheless, as TenantCloud evolves as a product, numerous bugs and quirks should be addressed. For example, the requirement to purchase Renter's Insurance is presented prior to a tenant's ability to review their Lease renewal. In theory, this should be presented afterwards or in conjunction with the renewal "signature". Despite any outstanding bugs/quirks, TenantCloud is receptive to feedback for improvements and is an overall great tool.

The system is amazing, I manage my 8 rentals with no issues, we have everything in there, payments, leases, maintenance request, notices, even house color and keys, bookeeping also. Very recommended

TenantCloud has made our property management business so much easier with online payments, accounting and maintenance requests.

We have been using TenantCloud for over 3 years now and have had a great experience with it. TenantCloud helps us keep everything organized and keeps our tenants on the know by automatically sending them rent payment reminders and letting the tenants and us comunicate within the platform and let's them send maintenence requests and rent payment as well. It's also very helpful by providing us local services/vendors for maintenence requests and allowing us to keep records of everything for tax purposes. It's a one stop shop and we highly recommend it.

Our company uses this app for everything related to our rental properties. Every receipt, every transaction, and every rent payment or tenant fee, all tracked. At the end of the month or year at the click of a button we can print out totals and see who still owes us money.
When it comes to tax season it's helpful to make sure all our expenses are accounted for.
The tech support is always so responsive, if you have an issue or you don't understand something or you think something could be programed better, submit an online form and they get back to your later that day.
We suggest this to other companies large and small because you can have multiple admin accounts and it's free for your tenants to use.
Overall, we are so happy we found this app when we did.

Tenantclud has been a reliable, turnkey solution to help in building my investment property portfolio. The functionality for managing the myriad activities with both suppliers and tenants is robust, and the user-interface is intuitive and well-crafted. It has the dual benefit of enabling to see how my business is doing at a glance while also offering easy access to deeper-dive reporting .

good software and helps keep track of everything. I would improve the ability for small time landlords the ability to tie this to their own website.

I own six residential rental properties and have been using TenantCloud for the last several years to manage them. I am very satisfied. I require my tenants to pay online and it has simplified rent collection immensely. My accounting process is much easier and preparing for tax season is a breeze. Also, when I have had to reach out to customer support, they have been most responsive and able to address issues quickly. I would highly recommend TenantCloud to anyone looking to streamline their rental property management process.

This platform has been everything I could ever need. When I’m unsure about something, or lost, the help team is absolutely incredible. I can navigate the site easily as a landlord, and am able to manage my properties with ease!

It works but then it doesn't. There are a lot of unresolved bugs and issues that they say they are working on but they never get fixed. I've been using the software two years now and haven't seen a single improvement. They've only ever increased the monthly price and fees for payments and credit checks.
I bring this stuff up and they blow me off with a canned response. Pass on this one. It's dieing a slow death. They're just milking it's final pennies and making zero investment in improvements or known issues.

I signed up to pay my rent and got confirmation so I could do AutoPay. Then my landlord calls and no rent received 14 days later go into tenant cloud and shows no account. I don’t inderstand why you reveal and have access to all bank accounts cds everything financial from my bank. This is not right. What happens to signing up and verifying bank account for rent and not giving tenant cloud everything financial. I have Aplus credit score no defaults. I will have to write check every month making more work for my landlord.

The system may be user friendly, however it’s very evident this is a small group of people managing this startup. I left DoorLoop in hopes of having a better experience, however I may as well have remained at DoorLoop. I used the tenant cloud trial to test out the functionality and was unable to do so. My company was verified to receive payments, then it wasn’t, then it was verified again, and then it wasn’t. I never really received any help with the issue rather they required me to submit a chat ticket and I did so several times but still did not receive the assistance I needed. So I canceled. A big waste of time.
