Missing mug from order and told no replacement or refund. They carried out an investigation and I am left out of pocket and mugless, will shop elsewhere now.

*in response to the comment- the investigation claims the picture shows the package was fully sealed, yet the picture only shows the top of the box- hardly conclusive. Item was left in a nonsecure location (a communal entrance rather than in front of my door where it was likely tampered with).

Came across Temptation Gifts online. A lovely selection of items. I ordered quite a few things, all as gifts, some of which were in the sale. I am one of those who gets Christmas and birthday gifts well in advance, as and when I see them. They came promptly and well packaged. Thank you 😊

What an amazing website, the prices are brilliant i had some lovely Cath Kidston bargins a lot cheaper than anywhere else, I did have a problem with 2 items being damaged but it was sorted with speed and efficiency excellent customer service my experience with Temptation Gifts was outstanding i will definitely be coming back thank you

I ordered a diary as a gift for myself.
It’s Kate Spade 2026 diary and it was over £40 cheaper here than on Amazon. Also the Amazon one wasn’t due to be delivered until late January 2026.
I ordered yesterday afternoon ( Monday 22nd December and it arrived less than 24 hours later.
Excellent customer service, outstanding service.
I will only order from you now.

Placed an order on 12/11 for a jellycat elf as needed for dec 1st. Received email from Royal Mail on 15/11 to say it’s out for delivery, arranged to have it redelivered on 17/11 as I wasn’t going to be home. Royal Mail have said it’s been delivered so reached out to customer service on 16/11. Received a response on 17/11 stating they would raise it with Royal Mail and get back to me in 3 days. Had to email again on 20/11 and still told it’s been investigated by Royal Mail. Today, 24/11 I’ve still not received any communication from temptation gifts so I called only to be fobbed off with under investigation with Royal Mail and another 3 working days. I’m £37.44 out of pocket at this point and got 1 week till dec 1st so will have to repurchase again direct from jellycat and hope item gets here in time.

The missing package is not the fault of temptation gifts and 100% the fault of Royal Mail but the handling of the issue has been very poor.

I have purchased from here a few times with no issues. This last order I received yesterday, unfortunately, had 2 broken Christmas decorations. I contacted customer service with 2 photos and they agreed to send out 2 replacements with no quibble. I couldn't ask for more than that really. 😊

A fab website; so much choice. Usually an excellent experience. On a previous order there was an issue with an item so we left a poor review for it. Customer service apologised and asked that we contact them so they could address the issue. We did that but have heard nothing back, so extremely disappointed. The customer service needs to be a top notch as the website.
