First time using this company after searching on google for a Yankee candle that was no longer stocked by Yankee candle. I was pleasantly surprised they had the candle in stock with 20% off their stock for Black Friday. In addition they had 10 votive candles for £12 (on selected scents). Parcel arrived within the time frame and carefully packaged to avoid any damages. Would order again.

They phoned a few hours after placing my order to check the personalisation was correct. I then received my order really quickly and the personalised product the following day.

A delightful website with plenty of choice. Once items were selected the payment procedure was easily followed and items were soon on the way to me. They arrived well packaged and within the dates of arrival set. Among all of the items ordered there was one error, easily made as the description of items were similar. This was easily resolved in a telephone conversation and the correct item was with me within two days. I have no qualms in purchasing from Temptation Gifts again.

I ordered some glass christmas baubles. They arrived quickly and were very well packaged - so important with such fragile items. Baubles were lovely. Parcel was also tracked. I will definitly use this company again.

Another company that feels like it is ok to send out the wrong item and then expect the customer to repackage, print out labels, send back, and wait for a refund because the can't process an order correctly

This is the first time I have ordered from temp gifts and I will definitely order from them again. I ordered a Yankee candle that I can’t seem to get in shops anymore ( warm cashmere). Was slightly worried about ordering a breakable item, but The candle was really well wrapped That I think only an elephant standing on it would be able to break it. It also arrived super quick ( within 3 days of ordering). 100% recommend this company.

Superb customer service! After I emailed about an issue with an order, I received a reply within 30 mins- and a replacement sent first class.

Orderd yankee candles and egg cup , paid for fed ex express , should have been recieved in 3 days , it took 9 days!? I informed them on day of purchase to add phone number to order which was confirmed in email it had been done . To top it off the egg cup broke on first use and the 3 yankee candles have no fragrance when burning . Let's not mention the 50 pounds extra I had to pay for shipping !? Customer service never once apologised and tried to pass thr blame to fed ex. Very disappointed as they seemed to have a hood profile online .

Given the current circumstances I was expecting a slight delay in my order. My order was despatched the day after placing and received two days later. Amazingly prompt service in light of current events. Thanks so much!
