Do not use teleflora unless you don't care want is sent. I was trying to send an arrangement of all sunflowers because that is the persons favorite flower. Plus it was suppose to be a pick me up as to finish the school year strong. They got some arrangement that was half the size of the one I ordered so not even worth the $112 I spent on the original arrangement. There was not even 1 single sunflower in the arrangement and some of the flowers where already wilted. I did call to see what they would do and I got a tiny refund that did not even cover the tax and delivery fee. Go elsewhere.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Teleflora. I placed an order early this morning for same-day delivery, expecting a reliable and timely service. Instead, my order sat unfulfilled all day with no updates or communication. Then, at the very end of the day—after it was far too late to make other arrangements—they canceled the order entirely.
What makes this even worse is that I now have to wait 2–10 days just to get my money back. That’s completely unacceptable, especially considering they failed to provide the service I paid for in the first place.
This kind of poor communication and last-minute cancellation is frustrating and unprofessional. If you’re counting on timely delivery for an important occasion, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I won’t be using Teleflora again.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. STAY CLEAR! Ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter who just got married !!.They claim it was hand delivered . My daughter said it was NOT delivered to her. I contacted them and they said it was hand deliverd and signed with initials. But it was not my daughter's initials . They delivered an over $100 arrangement to someone else. And will not make a refund or offer another arrangement. Their mistake, my loss. Never again will I do business with this horrible business who just hands an expensive arrangement to just anyone. SHAME ON THEM!!!

Cancelled subscription in writing in February 2026, followed with phone call and emails, yet they are still debiting my bank account, having to dispute with the company and closing my account! Theives! Bad business practice! If a customer wants to cancel, honor so!

Horrible experience - stay far away! They delivered an Anniversary floral arrangement but included a "Happy Birthday" balloon that we paid extra for. When we called them to inform them of the mistake, it took 34 mins to connect with their customer service team, and all they offered was a 50% discount. They don't offer the ability to call you back, you must wait on the phone for 30 mins to talk to someone. The first person we talked with was absolutely clueless, so we had to request a supervisor. What a bad experience. Will never use them again!

If I could possibly give this a negative 5 review I would. I ordered flowers two days in a row because they weren’t delivered the first day—despite paying the extra fee for delivery by 1pm. The order never arrived. The next day they assured me the order would be delivered. I was notified of delivery but the recipient never received them and they had no proof of delivery, signature or time of delivery. Their hold time is nearly an hour. No one knows what they’re talking about. Every time you call it’s like reinventing the wheel because they keep no notes or records. Stay away from this place at all costs. It’s easier to fly to Holland and bring tulips back than ordering from this terrible, disorganized unaccountable business.

Well I do appreciate the fact that they refunded my money, the fact that I ordered a total of three bouquets of flowers to be delivered to the same city but one they canceled because there weren't any florists in the same city (?!)....
I ordered flowers from Teleflora on 11/4/2025 specifically because their website featured a BEAUTIFUL VASE with hummingbirds. The flowers that were delivered were beautiful. Unfortunately, they were delivered in a cheap, clear vase. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I called Teleflora to request that the correct vase be delivered to my friend as I had perused websites for more than two hours looking for a hummingbird vase. I was told that their vases are made & warehoused outside of the country & that none were currently available here in the U.S. I was told that it would take 4 weeks to get here. When it didn't arrive, I called again & was told 6-8 weeks. By this time I was extremely agitated. I found several forums where other consumers had complained about Teleflora. One in particular on Facebook, called Teleflora Complaints had a plethora of info about the company. I communicated directly with florists who had terrible experiences dealing with Teleflora. Several of them related that Teleflora does not ensure that they are provided with the vases featured on the Teleflora website & that Teleflora tells them to simply substitute a vase or flowers WITHOUT CONTACTING THE CONSUMER. An individual on this site who teaches for Teleflora defended Teleflora by stating that Teleflora is only a technology company which offers services & is not responsible for what the florist delivers. My response is that Teleflora damned sure accepted MY MONEY, THAT MAKES THEM RESPONSIBLE! Some of the florists stated that the tips that Teleflora receives do not go to the florist as sadly, Teleflora retains those tips. After posting my review on Trustpilot, my friend received received her hummingbird vase on 2/24/26. Had I not continued to makes calls to Teleflora & leave this review, I doubt that she would have ever received her vase. Most people would have given up. Teleflora continues to advertise this vase as well as others on their website. Many of the florists consider this to be a Bait & Switch scheme as many of those vases are not available to them as they are in a warehouse outside of the U.S. & have to be ordered months in advance. The fact that I was referred to Teleflora by the great organization known as AARP, is the truly sad part.

Ordered for birthday delivery and was told on the morning the flowers were expected that I had to reschedule. Who tf reschedules a birthday anything?
No offer to replace, etc. Total garbage company & waste of time.
Wish I would've gone through ANY other company.
Hell, I'd have gotten better service from the effing grocery store florist.

Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and the day of delivery/birthday I received an email stating that they cancelled my order and refunded my money because they couldn’t fulfill the order. Totally not acceptable. I emailed back and asked if they could offer something different if those flowers weren’t available and they said they didn’t have a florist to fulfill any order. Why would you accept my order in the first place then? Also, I live in Buffalo, suburbs so it’s not like we are not in a major metro area.

TELEFLORA did not deliver the flowers on the day designated and then canceled my order. This happened once before, but because they were offering a discount, I tried again. What a disappointment!! I will now spend more money to assure flowers are delivered in a timely manner! Would not recommend this company!

I want to know why you advertise Mother's Day bouquets, I place an order in time to have it delivered - ON TIME - they cancelled the order saying "no florists in their network are available." This delivery would take place in one of the most reliable areas of the planet at this time, so this excuse is rubbish.

Just how easy and intuitive it is to order from the website
1) When Teleflora's representative called to tell me they'd have to substitute a different plant from the one I ordered, I specifically said, "No peace lilly."
2) When I called for an update on the change, they said my order was cancelled because I wanted a peace lilly and none were available. I repeat: I said "NO peace lilly."
3) The cancellation was done with no heads up and without giving me any other options.
4) The price they credited back to my payment method was $20 higher than the cost of my original order. This indicates to me that Teleflora upgraded my order without my consent.
For these reasons, I will never be using Teleflora again.

It's extremely bait and switch here based on what local florist actually has available. My recipient was happy but I was shocked what was advertised and what actually got sent extreme opposites.

If I could give Zero Stars I would. Our funeral flower arrangement that we ordered weeks in advance did not get delivered for the service despite opting to pay extra for early delivery. When speaking to Kay (Telafloral Supervisor) she stated they knew the arrangement was not going to be delivered on time and attempted to resource other local florists. We the customer were never notified of this change or we would have found another way of sending flowers or a gift to the deceased’s family. Terrible service. They did not offer to send the flower to a home address after a full refund was requested. Egregious!
