Bad Service Provider

I have been on the line for more than half an hour whilst it says the estimated waiting time is one minute! I wanted to reactivate my account but based on previous reviews I guess there is no hope and have lost what

Account forfeited if not used within 1 year

Estimated wait time was 5 minutes. After an hour and a half, I was informed that my account is no longer active (and all the money in the account is forfeited) due to me not having used the service in 1 year. Supposedly part of the contract - be aware!
After I posted above review my account was re-established (incl. the money). My particular issue was solved fast and efficiently which is why I changed the rating - just fyi.

Finally, the problem is fixed and I am happy with it.

I feel like it is a scam with all the promotions. Since beginning of this year I try to call Taiwan or Germany
many times and each time "all circuits are busy" is the message I got. I reported the problem many times. The results are the same even though the tel3 support replied "the issues have been solved".

For the past several days when placing…

For the past several days when placing calls I get a message that says the phone #'s are invalid. Have tried calling Tel3 support at two different numbers and get a message that these numbers are not in service. What the heck is going on ?? I have used this service for 6 years now and have been happy with it. Not so happy now !!!!!

I’ve been disconnected and I can’t find out why!

I called Tel3 because my service has been disconnected or it doesn’t recognize my telephone number anymore. I called Tel3 today but after waiting for about 20 mins with the promise that I had only to wait 2 minutes more, it disconnected me with a terse “goodbye”. I have been using it for more than 5 years now.

Bad (customer) services of Tel3

I had been a customer of Tel3 for about 5 months until I could not make any calls to Taiwan for about 1 week. Therefore I called to cancel the service and requested a refund. After more than two months I still did not receive the refund. Moreover I have to wait more than 40, 50, 60 minutes to take to the customer service representative. At the beginning they said the waiting time was 4 minutes but 60 minutes later just heard the annoying statements and then the line said good bye. Please never ever do business with this lousy company. Or you will regret. I am thinking of filing a complaint to BBB later.

Call tel3 as I need to discuss my account and missing minutes, get the message your call will be answered in 1 minute. I was on hold for 78 minutes and after that no respond. Awful customer services. Wont be adding anymore funds with them that's for sure.

Awful international phone service

This is absolutely awful international phone service. First they lied that my account is active as soon as I pay. I have to follow them with call to the customer service that takes forever to answer or just drop you calls after 40 min of waiting.
Then I finally be able to activate my account, I was not able to make a call for weeks with convenient message that all circuits are busy now.
Not able to talk to customer service again, I sent an email with request to close my account. If I will not receive my money back in one week, then I follow them through PayPal.

Fine when I can get through

Been using the service for a number of years; at least 5. WHEN it connects, the sound is perfect. The app is full featured. As others report, the problem is "All circuits are busy. Please try your call when Hell freezes over." Often re-entering the number gets through on the second try, or the third. After that I just use my Constipated Communication account and eat the 10cents per minute.
I am concerned that they are offering 200% and today 300% bonus because they may be desperate for operating cash and my 19,000+ minutes may be imaginary.

They took my money last Saturday $25, on the website, then it said contact us to validate this account. I keep calling all day and now is impossible to contact them. You get a friendly message that runs for 3 minutes sayin to Wait for the next available representative and then it says we are experiencing an unusual call volume and then the message stops and you’re disconnected .thank you Tel3 give me my money back before I call the D.A. In your City. Thanks for this torture. One unhappy customer spreads the news to all his social circle. Mine runs in the thousands.

I have been getting "all circuit are busy" message for days now. I used to be able to call overseas without any problems but not now. I just recharged my account and now I am not able to use the service. I wonder what happened. They awarded 200% bonus but it is useless since I can't use their service.

Send me that money if you really want to throw it away.. Oh my!!!! COMCAST beats these guys by a factor of 100. Why are these guys still in service? The app does not work You cannot get your refund and talk about being rude. This is a scam. $200 in the hole!!! proceed at your own peril.

Have been using tel3 for many years

Have been using tel3 for many years. At one time this WAS a good service for overseas calls however all you get now is “All circuits are busy”. I made numerous calls to support and never got connected. The last time I used the # on the (forgot password) and waited about one hr. and finally got trough, the operator said they are aware of the problem but don’t know when it will be resolved. I canceled and asked for a refund for $28.00 she said it will be 120 days before the check will be sent.. By that time I will probably forget about this mess and will loose the money owed to me... Some dept. from the gov. should intervene with this problem, to many people are goi no to be robbed... shame this country is going to chit

No customer service....

my mom had service with them for 5 years or more, with excellent service. Now, after trying to recharge her phone, i stayed on the phone 3 hours, calling 4 different numbers i found for the company; was hung up on 3 times, and the last call lasted an hour with no answer. time to find another company. : (

These crooks need to be stopped.

There should be an option for clicking zero stars, because NO service is not bad service. My experience is like everyone who's written so far. I responded to a promo in early December, and now have $80 credit. Since before Xmas, I've been trying to call Papua New Guinea and Australia without success. "All circuits are busy." I tried customer service 4 times, was told the wait time would be 10 minutes, and was then hung up on after about 30. Taking our money and not offering service is the first crime. The second crime is continuing to take money from people. Every few days I get an email offering 200% in credit. They're clearly not out of business. They are crooks who need to be stopped. But how can be do this? The Consumer Protection Agency has been gutted, and they can't even get to big consumer fraud. Good luck, everyone!

I have been calling the customer…

I have been calling the customer service and am yet to get a response. The recording will say your have 2 minutes wait time. Half an hour later I hear the same recording. I am a member and I have $10.00 balance that I can’t use and can’t find out what’s happening because the phone is not answered. In the past I could call 24/7. If they can’t be there for their clients they need to shut up shop!
