We bought an HP laptop from TEKshop via Amazon. When we started experiencing issues with the new device, we contacted TEKshop’s customer service. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted not by an AI system, but by an actual person on the other end of the line.
I spoke with Paul and Curtis, and both were extremely courteous, calm, and composed throughout the troubleshooting process. They were responsive and took the time to explain each step in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
In a world dominated by automated service, the human touch they provided felt genuinely refreshing.

This was tricky
This was tricky. Ordering after a conversation with a real person was straightforward. Upon safe receipt and partial setting up it seemed there was no promised 'touchscreen'.
Another conversation, confusion over exactly which edition of the model had been sent.
Returned, the lack of a touchscreen was agreed and another option as replacement arrived, with some reduction in price, as it was wholly TEKshop's fault. It has all ended up satisfactorily but concluded a week later than expected. Can't fault the telephone conversations but a greater readiness for some recompense, without my pushing, would have kept a 5 star rating.

Great service
Great laptop overall. The ASUS ZenBook 14 OLED is really good quality, super clear screen and fast performance. It’s lightweight and feels premium when using it. Battery lasts ages and runs smooth even with loads of tabs open. Delivery was quick too and everything came well packed. Definitely happy with it so far.
