My experience with this company is just awful. I ordered a sample which took well over 50 days to come and I emailed to request a refund. First the support approved the refund and they went BACK on their word! They said it was stuck in production and then two weeks later they said it was too late to get a refund! The BS is rampant at this company. Do not give them any money! Also the product that came is blurry and it stinks. So I waited over 50 days for a mediocre printed sweater that is embarrassingly bad.

I ordered a t-shirt from a professional drummer and Teespring handles his merchandise. I waited for several weeks and contacted customer service multiple times about the issue. I finally cancelled the order and have requested a full refund but, after several weeks of waiting, I have not received any money back. I have also reported this issue to the BBB. Avoid buying from this company unless you want to be scammed.

I created a shop for my nursing team to design merch for our unit. The purpose of the store was to create fun swag for our staff, while also raising money to fund our annual Nurse’s Week celebrations.

Since opening up the shop last fall, we have experienced constant issues. Our team purchased a lot of swag from the store and most of those deliveries were either delayed by months or not delivered at all. The website still says that these orders from 6 months ago are being processed…. In order to get refunded you have to email back and forth with someone and fight for it.

We raised nearly $600 of revenue from our team’s merch purchases and TeeSpring refuses to honor our payout.

When asked why the payout is delayed or when we can expect to receive the money, they refuse to respond with any concrete solution. As of right now I’ve paid for our Nurse’s Week celebrations out of pocket and I’m unsure I will ever get the money refunded.

This business is crooked and I’ll be seeking legal assistance if we do not receive the payout that is owed.

Teespring, Spri.ng, anything Amaze Holdings, will not fulfill your order.

When I first joined teespring I could request payments and would receive them in a couple of days & all of my customers received their orders. Now today since they changed it to this monthly payout system. It’s been awful! It’s been months where I have customers contacting me saying they never received their orders. Mind you teespring is also providing them dates the shipments should arrive but they don’t come! On top of people that purchase items off my website. I also do not receive my payouts that I earned from the profits of my items being sold. All payouts should be deposited to my account on the 30th however it’s an entire month later & I still haven’t received any of my money. Every time I send an email they claim they are working on it but nothing is ever getting actually resolved. Because of this experience as soon as I receive this last payment and all of the people that ordered from my website get their orders. I am cancelling using this website. Something has clearly changed & not for the better. I would say anyone that’s trying to sell products go to Shopify or another website because teesprings is now AWFUL all around with orders not being delivered & payments not being received if you use their website to sale products. I have a business to run and the way they now operate is a major interference with my brand because they aren’t delivering on their end.

We are the owners of a YouTube channel and brand that uses Teespring (Amaze Holdings) to host and fulfill merchandise orders. Over the past three months, at least six of our subscribers have reached out to inform us that they either never received the products they purchased or experienced extreme delays. Some orders were placed as early as early March 2025 and, as of mid-May, have still not arrived.

Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Teespring’s customer service, our supporters have been met with vague, unhelpful responses blaming "unexpected demand" and "internal changes" as the reason for the delays. No concrete solutions have been provided, and in several cases, customers have been refused refunds on the grounds that the items are still “in production”—even though two months have passed since the original order date.

This level of service is unacceptable. As creators who trusted Teespring to reliably handle merchandise for our audience, we are deeply disappointed. It reflects poorly not only on Teespring but also on our brand, which is built on trust and transparency.

I placed my order on March 2rd. I did not received and I am trying to cancel it but they don't respond/cancel.

Shirt was "in production" for over 3 months and after weeks of being promised that it would be resolved soon, finally put in the request to cancel and get a refund, which took a solid 3 weeks to do. It was just ONE SHIRT. Amazingly, things started getting resolved once I disputed the charges, so highly recommend going that route if you're having difficulties. This company can go f*** themselves.

We would caution anyone to be very very careful before dealing with these guys. We ordered t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts from them for our YouTube channel. They are just unbelievable!!! They have not fulfilled the orders from over 5 months ago - although they took payment. A really stressful situation that is impacting our channel and making us look bad now.

I use this company to sell my merch for my YouTube channel. I know I only do a dozen orders a month or so but they just stopped shipping. And my subscribers blame me for it. They are making creators look bad. I’ve decided to just sell my own shirts on Shopify and connect that to my YouTube. Teespring didn’t prepare us to let our clients know to expect delays. They just crapped the bed and didn’t tell anyone. Don’t use this company. Overpriced anyway.

Thieves and scammers. Avoid unless you enjoy binning money.

I purchased two items to from a creator I support, to be fulfilled by Teespring. Order was placed on February 18th. On April 12th I messaged them asking about an update and they started a ticket. They refunded the shipping cost, but I noticed they would only respond once a week and after the third email, I received the ABSOLUTELY obnoxious response here: Your request is still in progress. Keep in mind, I had let you know that I will share the update once completed via email, as this takes a few days. Stay tuned for our update once this is completed. Please take note that each time we interact, the request is reset as the ticket goes back to my inbox. 

I switched over to live chat at that point, and every time I manage to get a person to respond, they give me the runaround on canceling and getting a refund for the cost of the items. I purchased through PayPal and their resolution center is waiting until December 31st to do anything because of the shipping refund.

Do not order anything from this company. They are running a scam and not fulfilling items. It has nothing to do with tariffs--a pint glass is not coming from China.

Set up a store. People bought. Merch never arrived. Kept getting told it’s delayed but that delay stretched out to 3 months. Was told it shipped then received a notification saying it was unable to be produced. Ultimately they said they’ll cancel the order and refund everyone’s money. Still waiting on that. Absolutely horrible service. If I could give minus 5 stars I would.

I had them selling merchandise, well they claimed they were but my fans got their orders way past the dates given for delivery and clothing in the absolute wrong sizes, I've been waiting almost 2 months for my order and now I'm waiting on a refund, horrible "business" I'll never do any business with them again and I don't recommend anyone else does

What was once a reputable business is now scamming thousands. We have over 20ppl that havent recieved our shirts from 6 months ago, november 26th 2024. The person fights and argues over email and we have resolved nothing at all. They claim weekly that my order is being processed and printed within 5-7 business days. Still nothing

Something is seriously wrong with this company. As a small creator, I’ve been waiting months for my payouts, with no resolution. Their customer service is nonexistent. I regret not listening to the negative reviews before signing up. It honestly feels like this company is on the verge of bankruptcy.

Don't make the same mistake as me. Avoid Spring - they are a scam.

This is the worst place that anybody should possibly work with, either you want buy products or you are influencer or you wanna work with a bunch of cheats and crooks. I’m surprised how they haven’t been sued by thousands of creators by now and did not go out of business yet. They keep on deleting the Google business listings that have one star rating and other accounts, but somebody keeps in recreating for them.

I am a creator on Spring and I ordered pieces of my apparel for a giveaway 4 months ago and it has been in production for 2 months. I have been told countless times by them that they don’t have a timeline on when the order will be shipped and my giveaway winner is very upset. I do not recommend anyone using this company for anything. Horrible customer service and horrible updates on orders.

Waiting for my order for 5 months. After a few months I contacted them, and they told me the garment I wanted is on backorder. I asked them why they never said anything, and they just said they were sorry, and wouldn't answer me. 3 more months went by, no contact, no update. So I emailed again and demanded a refund.

Requested a refund. Been placed on hold for weeks now. Support keeps saying they are waiting for something. Ill give them a bit more time then I'm disputing with my bank.

I do not recommend. This is due to the fact that i ordered a shirt, it took over s month to come in then when it came in i find out they sent a completely wrong shirt.

Instead of just handing over a refund they are making a big deal of it.

I do not recommend this company!
