Never received parts of my order, and the stuff I did receive was 4 months after ordering. 7 months later, I was issued the refund, and the order was cancelled. The quality was horrendous. The sample peeled off in 6 months.

As a creator I've been waiting on several payouts for months now. The bot will immediately ask me to reach out to customer support, but of course, I am the one chasing customer support for updates on my unpaid earnings every week.
Sadly after ten years of working with Teespring, then Spring and now Amaze, I have shuttered my shops and delinked my youtube channel from them.

I would rate 0 if I could. They dont pay the creators. Been waiting on a payment since October and they keep giving me the runaround.

ordered last August, a few responses saying delay and stuff, still haven't filfilled yet and no refund
Update: finally arrived in Feb. Quality was okay. Still feeling sketchy about the whole experience.

I ordered a shirt on February 3, was charged about $50. 2 months later the progress said it was still in production, and then I emailed asking and they replied saying there were delays. I asked for a refund. I never received a shirt and I don’t think I was ever refunded either.

If I could give no stars, I would. Lied about shipping multiple times. Did not print and ship until I asked for my money back 3 weeks after ordering. Just read about them online. Bad business practices

There was a delay in getting my order, but Sophia G solved the problem with excellent customer service!!!!!!
This company owes me over 1000 dollars that they have not paid in over a year. After multiple attempts to reach out to them to shut my account down with no luck i am not sure what to do

I used to use this site to create my own clothing and mugs. A few years ago, I even recommended it to people! But I ordered something back in late August (unaware of the pause on production) that was to be delivered in two weeks, but they did not notify me until early November that they were having production issues. I have since been told that I cannot get a refund and cancel my order AND that they have no plans to restart production at this time.

I placed an order for two shirts and a sticker to support someone I follow online. This was in February. It is now November, and I still have not received the last shirt in my order. One of them did finally arrive over the summer, and sometime in September the sticker just showed up out of nowhere. I suppose, reading these other reviews, I should be thankful that I got even that!

Ordered a T-Shirt in July 2025

It's a scam

I regret ever ordering anything from them. Placed an order and my credit card was charged almost 2 months ago. Hasn’t shipped yet. Contacted customer service inquiring about the status of my order and was told sorry, they’re having delays… no shipping date estimate provided. I suspect this is a scam. Will file a claim with my bank soon.

My T-shirt was supposed to arrive more than two weeks ago, but support says they can’t tell when it will be made. They also told me they can’t cancel my order or refund me because the status is “in production.” However, I just checked and saw that they marked it as “in production” the day after I placed the order. I believe they do this on purpose so customers can’t cancel their orders — while not actually making anything. After reading the reviews here, I doubt they’ll send me anything. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered three shirts months ago, and before I paid for the order, the estimated delivery date was less than 2 weeks away (and that was the highest length of time in the estimated date range). It has been months and I have not received it. I had to search to find a way to get in touch with actual humans there to share my problem, and when I finally did get to email them, it stated I would get a response within 24 hours. It took two emails to finally get a response from them weeks later. The reply did appear to be from an actual human, but all they did was apologize for the frustration and state they had no estimation of when I would receive the order and claimed they would update me when they could. I'm not fully convinced I will ever receive the order, and even if I do, waiting this long for a simple order is absurd.
Update 1: Do not be fooled by the company quickly responding to Trust Pilot reviews and telling the reviewer to contact them for help. The email they sent me after I reached out again after they replied to this review provided no help at all and continued to say they could not provide any timeline at all. I am not one for leaving negative reviews at all usually but this company deserves every negative review it gets.
Update 2: I eventually emailed and requested a refund if they could not give me an expected date of delivery. The first email was met with absolutely no mention of a refund, just another apology. However, when I emailed back saying I would take further action if not given a refund, I did eventually (not extremely promptly) get a refund. I am disappointed I won't be getting what I ordered, but I was no longer willing to pay a company that could not guarantee I would ever even receive what I ordered.

Broken analytics, no customer support, custom domain name must be purchased from them or paid to them to connect one you already own, but it still shows sometimes as "...creator - spring ....com", and this issue isn't solved for years... Don't use this company.

This company is still accepting payments from people ordering merchandise, and from creators who register domains for their shops through them, but the merchandise doesn't show up, and the creators don't receive their promised payout. I requested my payout on Sept 4, haven't received it and am getting the run around in emails. I contacted the BBB, and the company isn't responding to their requests for resolution either. This seems fraudulent. Creators and customers should stay away.
This reply below is bunk. It's exactly what they will say if you email them.

I'm a creator who sold merchandise on Teespring for several years. At first there was no problem but with more and more customers reporting long delivery times or orders going missing (the issues seemed to begin after Amaze bought the company), I decided to withdraw my earnings (over $8.3k) and leave. I requested the payout on 14 August and have had nothing. Payouts are supposed to be processed within the month, but it still says 'We're processing it now!' I've emailed support about six times and got stonewalled each time. Apparently the issue is 'with the financial team'. You don't have to look far online to find many other creators who aren't able to get their money. It's awful. If you're a creator thinking of using Teespring or any other Amaze platform, don't do it.

I requested pay out and Spring refuses to pay me out. At first they lied about a transaction issue (which couldn't be the case because these sales were years old) and once I caught them, they just keep saying there's no timeline for payment.
It seems this issue is widespread, that many creators are not getting paid and purchases are not getting products.

Months of delays before one item finally shipped (over a month past the original estimated date). When I reached out to get updates all I got was a canned reply with links to track my orders. Still waiting for my second item, been showing as in production since 27 July.

Total scam. Ordered in April, they strung me along for months saying that they were struggling with a backlog from January (LOL). Eventually they just stopped replying to my emails. I was able to do a chargeback with PayPal, and have reached out to creators who are still using them to let them know that they should change sites. If you’re waiting on an order, do yourself a favour and just ask your bank or PayPal for a refund right now, don’t let them run the clock out. It’s also scary because they used to let creators donate their profits from sales to charity, and you’ve really got to wonder whether they ever did that.
Edit: I see that TeeSpring has responded to this review with regards to fulfilment. I question why they are able to reply to a review like this, but not to all of the sellers saying that they were refused payouts, that Spring refuses to allow them to remove their stores, and queries about whether the payouts which were supposedly donated to charity ever reached those charities?
