Hair wasn’t as expected. Ordered raw and quality did not feel or smell raw. Washed them before putting in and the quality felt synthetic all around. Definitely not pleased

I was given a $10 credit due to the store giving me the wrong closure, granted it was given a while ago and not used because the store did not accept it when I went back and was told I’d have to use online, when I finally went to use it online I was rejected the credit. Next my order came with a frontal instead of the closure I ordered. I expressed I needed immediate shipping because I had a client that week. Now they asked me to keep the incorrect item because it’s worth more. I rejected that, I do not install frontals and my client does not want it. I expressed that and it takes almost 12hrs for a response. Lastly I was finally given a response and they told me to go over an hour away to the store and purchase a new one and ship the other back. I Nextel was asked to ship the other back, and upon retrieval they will wait then ship
Out the closure. I’m not sure what they so not understand but my client is traveling to me in now 2 days! I have used this company for a few years and the quality has changed. I tried to get the kinky straight before and it was extremely silky with crinkles, I’ve also expressed to them these issues. At this point be very careful with this company! They pay for their reviews as well as advertisement. I worked with them a few years ago and was paid $300 to use my Facebook account! I had no problem then because I stood by the company and quality. Now things have changed I suggest in Atlanta you shop with the other leading companies minutes up the street from them because you’ll be satisfied and if mistakes happen the other companies will rectify it with pleasure.

The hair advertised is not what I received. The hair seems less full and the curls are tighter. I was hoping for a fuller wig. The delivery wasn't bad.

Do not waste your money on this hair. If I could post a picture of the bundles I would. The hair is thin this place is a scam they are both f like what they advertised. The response that was given to me is false they won’t even respond to my request I have been trying to reach someone for 4 days now and have yet to make it right

The customer service is great, however the hair is not. I ordered 18, 20, 22 Cambodian body wave and the hair texture was the first thing I noticed. Then. The bundles are not as full as advertised, will definitely have to purchase another bundle for my hair to be full. Lastly, the hair is not full from weft to tip. When stretched, tons of shorter hairs fall short of the indicated length, leaving thin tips. Maybe it’s just my experience, but I am not happy with this hair.

I choose 20’ Kinky. best decision I’ve made. The product came in the mail within 2weeks on-Time. Upon arrival the bundles came with a strong factory smell which I personally am not a fan of but if you’re anything like me, I prepped the bundles before install.

Day 2 , My stylists complimented the bundles during and I quickly gave my referral which we love.

Fast forward 1 month later I finally took my install out. Tedhairs customer service was a 10 stars.

I absolutely love these hair bundles! They were great quality, had only a slight smell at first, and it went away after the first wash.
I also added highlights, and the bleach took very well. Even after bleaching, the hair stayed soft and silky.
Overall, I’m beyond happy with my purchase.The quality exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be purchasing from this company again. Highly recommend!
