I am extremely disappointed with your response and total lack of customer care displayed by your company.
I purchased some shoes as a present for my wife and could not believe the poor state of the box on their arrival.
I made a complaint about this only to be told there was nothing they could do
Following this incident I have lost my confidence in the company and will not be making any more purchases from them

Size 3 smaller than it previous Ted B purchases
I have bought and wear Ted Baker size 3 jumper’s in the same material but this size 3 is slightly smaller and the sleeves are overly long. I have kept it but it’s not as good a purchase as all the others which is sad. I prefer to buy in a shop.

Charging for returns will stop me ordering again .
Speedy delivery, ordered 2 sizes to try. Easy return but was disappointed had to pay £3 to return the dress that was too small. Having to pay for returns was not made clear prior to ordering , will stop me ordering again sadly.

Second time i have ordered the same item..they take the money but all of a sudden the item goes out of stock. Even so I have checked it not long ago and it was still available. Very disappointed as it feels like a scam.

I waste my whole week with TEDBAKER
I think they need to look after the business, or shut down the business.
I placed an order Order #588079, and after over 48 hours, they replied out of stock, though I paid for next-day delivery. On the delivery date they cancelled my order because of short stocks. Okay I placed another order #588608 on 18 April 2026 and as before on delivery date they emailed me the cancellation.
How could be a business like Ted Baker fail to identify the stock availability? And is that item still available on your site?
Don't waste your money and OUR TIME PLEASE.
