Terrible experience. Similar to other reviews.
- 1st delivery attempt was refused as delivery was to 2nd floor despite me informing Technogym of this prior and taking the entire day off work. I had to kick the delivery man out of my home as her was being aggressive towards me. Shocking.
- 2nd attempt of delivery took several hours and damaged my walls and the bike ended up being faulty; I had to take a day off work for this too.
- 3rd attempt of a technician coming to try to fix the bike, unsuccessful. I asked them to just replace the bike but was refused, they wanted to order a replacement part instead.
- After a further month of chasing Technogym to replace the faulty bike, finally 3rd attempt was made and despite repeat assurances from Tracey Deborah (Debbie), the delivery team had no idea whether they were collecting or delivering and then brought the wrong bike. You couldn't make this up.
£2k spent, and more considering lost work time and I still don't have what I paid for. An absolutely disgraceful experience and I wouldn't wish the stress on anyone.
I will never buy from Technogym again and strongly advise you to avoid them too.
I have just received the MyRun treadmill. It is a fantastic piece of equipment. It was set up in 5 mins by the installer and linked to my iPad immediately. The service from Technogym was first class ( Katie Hindmarsh and Devon Mather )from ordering to delivery I was kept fully informed - very professional service. (The treadmill is to replace another which I bought and eventually sent back after two machines broke down with no after sales service.) The MyRun is only marginally more expensive but worth every penny. If you can stretch to that budget do not hesitate just buy the MyRun you won't be disappointed.
My club purchased technogym equiptment. The major problem is the range of motion. 2 pieces of equiptment permit you to decrease the range of motion, otherwise dangerous for older athletes and decreased motion injury athletes (eg. torn rotator cuff).
The logstics were very smooth - good communication and delivery on the date advised. The installation team were quick and unboxed / assembled the bench.
The bench itself is great - well built and not too bulky for a home gym.
If I could change one thing it would be an option for a heavier range of weights - nothing huge just the next range up.
No question over the quality of the product, and the shipping was timely. The product I ordered had a missing (if very minor) part from the package - which took some time and chasing to arrive. But the customer service team were friendly, efficient and knew what they were talking about. I would shop again directly with them.
Great quality dumbbells but did take 5 weeks to be delivered. Worth the wait.
I bought the myRun treadmill via phone order a couple of months ago.
The ordering process was straightforward, the customer service team kept me informed on the expected delivery date (15 days after the order confirmation) and the delivery was managed in an efficient way; two lovely guys set it up at my property in 15 minutes.
After a couple of months of use I can say that the MyRun is amazing. I’m using it almost every day and I’m definitely satisfied with my purchase. The machine is very sturdy and designed to support different type of workouts. The design is very minimal and stylish, I love it. The iPad app is very well done and helps improving your performance.
No doubt it was a big investment, but the product is premium as well as the customer service so far.
Got Kinesis and Cross Personal a year ago. Kinesis works, Cross Personal is a nuisance. The mechanical part is fine, work outs work but beyond that the display computer stinks. It is slow, it turns apps off when it wants to, after updates I can't get into the technical setup anymore, manuals are marketing and not useful when it comes to real questions such as how does HDMI work (it doesn't yet) and the built-in TV tuner can't take DVB-S which even a 160€ TV from Kung Fu would.
I had a delivery issue but the customer service team handled my issue brilliantly. Supply chain issues are common place [especially now] so what is important is how a company handles those issues. Technogym was responsive to my concern and ultimately found a solution to the issue
Decided to build up a small gym at home during lockdown. I purchased 3 sets of hex dumbbells which are great to use, yes a little more expensive and had too wait several weeks for delivery, which is understandable during this current period of time. However they were worth the weight (pardon the pun).
Quality of hex weights is very good. But the delivery was delayed and delayed. It was due early July and arrived late August. I had a similar experience with my first order in February. So I’m summary good products but delivery speed poor.
I purchased the multi bench some months ago now and I have been very impressed with it. I use it on a daily basis for many different exercises. The build quality is great and storage compartments keep everything neat. I would definitely recommend this equipment as it’s so versatile and compact.
So far touch wood the experience from Technogym has been great. Looking forward to getting my treadmill next week. The communication so far has been top. Thanks 👍🏻
I didn’t buy anything complex… just weights. The quality is above and beyond. I like the hex shape as plank and press-ups are less of a challenge than the circular verity.

I brought the Technogym bench during lockdown and the product and experience was excellent.
Definitely recommend Technogym and their products.
The equipment is built really well and is work every penny.
Customer service was also amazing as I was updated with the progress of my order and then was called when it was due for delivery and was also contacted by the delivery company when it was out for delivery.
I've had a great experience with Technogym so far and can't find fault with the product or service provided.
It was straightforward to order the treadmill I wanted, delivery was scheduled as promised and on arrival, it was efficiently set up within a matter of minutes at my property.
The machine itself (a MyRun) is amazing and four months in, hasn't let me down. I'm using it quite heavily to help me train for a marathon and I've integrated it with the iPad app to help do various things like interval sessions and incline work. I think the app could be better and give more information (e.g. I can't see split times per km or mile anywhere) but that's a minor gripe.
I did think the treadmill had conked out a few weeks back and sent a semi-angry email to the support team asking for a prompt fix, only to discover, to my shame, that the plug had just come out. But I got a pretty fast response and the offer of a service/repair, which gives me hope that any issues I might encounter down the road will be taken care of if needed.
I should say it was a big investment for a premium product, so I'll need to get a good few more years out of it yet to feel I've had value, but so far, so good.
Happy with the actual treadmill. Sturdy and fit for purpose. The tech bit is lacking. After 3 months I still haven't managed to sync my apple watch and the prerecorded video runs are a bit temperamental and can freeze.
It's an expensive treadmill but if that was your main reason for buying then I wouldn't put you off.
The order was delayed by 14 weeks. I had issues getting the order collected for a refund. I chased the customer service team every day over the course of a week. There is poor communication between their logistics and customer service team. A huge waste of my time getting this order refunded
