The worst experience ever
I ordered a Valliant hot water boiler on the 17th of september, and the money was withdrawn the same day and I received a mail with deliverydate 1 week later (I live in Denmark). But they have been selling an item they didn’t have!! When they had postponed the deliverydate 3 times I the 1st of october called the Company since they didn’t answer my e-mail, and told them that I want to cancell the order. But allthough the woman told me that the money woyld be back on my account on friday the 3rd of oct, the money is still not back on my account (and it’s the 9th of october)!!! They are not answering any e-mails, so I just called to ask for the money. But the woman answered, that she could not tell. Another woman would send me an e-mail. Think I need to contact Consumer Europe to get back the 707,72€. It’s not ok

I have been sending you the right IBAN NR, since it was a copy from my bankaccount. So what am I now going to do to get my money back?? Yesterday I send you the same IBAN NR, because it’s the only one I have. I know this IBSN NR is working. Everybody else can use it without any problems. 14 days ago I gave this IBAN NR to a dutch Company (BULBI) who needed to refund 70€ and the money was back on my account shortly after.
If you can not find out how to refund money using an IBAN NR you have to send me a check. But I can’t wait forever.
