Great but still not perfect

It great but sometimes stuck up and black screen.
If the remote device is sleeping it is difficult to wake it up and also with a password on the device its not easy or somtimes impossible to log in

Year-long reliable software

The Software is constantly maintained and developed. It has been of great value for me to support my Parents with IT-Problems.
