Aggressive Auto-Renewal and Debt Collection Practices

I signed up to this subscription service for several employees. Since signing up, we have barely used the platform, yet the subscription auto-renewed without any meaningful warning. Apparently, three emails were sent, all of which went into my junk folder, and instead of making any reasonable attempt to contact me by phone, the first thing I properly become aware of is debt collection emails and additional fees being added on top.

I offered to pay a fair and reasonable amount for the six weeks the renewed licence had been active, but this was refused. Instead, they insisted on charging the full annual amount plus debt collection costs.

The whole experience has felt extremely aggressive and unreasonable from a customer service perspective. A simple phone call would have resolved this situation immediately. Instead, the approach seems designed to trap customers into auto-renewals and then escalate straight to collections.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before signing up and to consider alternative providers with fairer and more customer-focused practices.

The right tool to connect to homely PCs

In my view, the right tool to connect to remote PCs in my home.
Maybe too much options actually. Not sure non-IT minded people will find it easy to use if you want to tailor it to you/your needs/your different configs/... You get my point, right? ;-)
