Anti racing
Anti racing! Marshalls at best useless at most not paying attention… black flags for infringements that other racers committed, 50 percent of the time on red flags, no urgency… having been to proper karting tracks often where the races are kept moving the flag system
Is simple and crashes are cleared fast this was a huge disappointment. Avoid

I was extremely nervous upto the point of not getting into my kart. A member of staff called Norris (Bradford site) came to talk to me. What a gentleman Norris is. He explained everything to me. How to stay in lane and that he would always keep a eye on me going around. Norris really helped me. I am so glad that I went ahead with it. Please do not be too nervous because if you listen to Norris , then all the experienced drivers never come close to you. The advice I would give to anyone nervous is to please ask to speak to norris

The staff were friendly and the overall experience was amazing, couple of bumps along the way while on the track but got dealt with very fast and easy without it affecting the experience 10/10 recommend
Terrible
Terrible. My son was refused entry to join his friend's birthday party because we were a few minutes late. The reason given was that he couldn't join the briefing and, from a safety point of view, they would not allow him to participate. I understand that. What is not understandable, however, is the conduct of the front desk receptionists. The host requested if a voucher could be issued for my son to come and do it another day, and the response was, "We can't refund because you are late!" A child couldn't join his friend's birthday party and he is already feeling bad. The least you could have done is not make him feel even worse! Terrible attitude, clearly trying to pick a fight, which I avoided. Never going to come back again.

My Son goes every Sunday to TeamSport Race Academy, the staff are very friendly and supportive, well done Eastleigh TeamSport.
Very disappointing experience at…
Very disappointing experience at TeamSport High Wycombe especially an aggressive and obstructive shift manager by the name of Jake Dell.
We arrived at 9:30pm for a 10:10pm 2-for-3 booking (three races). The Terms & Conditions state:
“Please arrive 40 minutes before your event’s scheduled start time.”
We were five minutes outside that timeframe.
We were told we could not race and that our booking was forfeited due to missing the briefing. There were six other customers in the same position.
No alternative slot was initially offered. After leaving, we coincidentally encountered members of the earlier group who told us they had been offered a session the following day. We returned to request equal treatment and were told this had not been offered to us because we “did not ask”.
We were eventually given a slot the next evening.
Unfortunately, when we attended the following day, the shift manager publicly confronted me in the bar area and said, in an aggressive tone:
“Do you have something to say to my face?”
This was said in front of my son, his friend, and other customers.
We fully understand that safety briefings are essential. However, the wording of the policy says “please arrive” rather than “you must”, and does not state that arrival outside 40 minutes automatically results in forfeiture. The rigid and inconsistent handling of the situation — followed by public confrontation — was extremely disappointing.
We have visited TeamSport Reading many times and never experienced this level of hostility or inflexibility.
Very poor management handling of what should have been a straightforward customer service issue.
Booked for 2 people
Booked for 2 people. At first they had to delay our session 20-30 mins because of rain outside, even staff were confused.
Got out on the track and there was another party who were quite reckless and occasionally rammed us. Even one deliberately rammed into barriers and they got told off severely. but the staff were helpful and gave us free balaclavas for the delay and helped me out a lot with advice since it was my first karting experience.
Food and drinks were ridiculously expensive. £4 for drinks and food (varies higher) I’d recommend karting at Brighton, it was fun
Good
Very good experience. Was not on the track but others enjoyed it. When we went to watch we left our pizza on our table with our belongings. One of the staff took our half eaten pizza and just apologised? She gave us a free Coca Cola but no pizza. Overall experience was good other than that.
Very disorganised
Took my 8 year old to the Basildon Team Sport today, he has been to another brach a few times, this was first time at this venue, was very disorganised, they had new staff who didnt rwally know the ropes, it was very busy and we started 1 hour later than booked, it felt a bit unsafe as it was so diaorganised. My son loved it as he loves gokarting and has a moterbike so he likes thay sort of thing. I saw a few kids get injured with quite bad whiplash -in one accident I saw the kids head really whip back with the weight of the helmet and he really hurt his neck, some 8 year olds are tiny so id definately take that into account b4 booking for yr child, theres a potential for real injury. Some kids really didnt enjoy it I paid £5 for the video as my son wanted to attach a camera - when the race had finished the machine printed out 1 receipt for the race with my childs camera number on it - we paid for the video using that receipt and it wasnt him ! So no idea what happened - that was a waste if £5
not for those who
we had a great experience here if your in to a more thrilling make sure you go for a later booking
staff was extremely friendly
corners can be rough if you don't know how to turn or are in a big group
Dishonest
had unused credit with Teamsport and email correspondence saying I can use this at any venue and it would stay on record. When I called up to use the credit I was told it had expired. Not sure how money expires (wasn't a voucher) but ok. Asked to speak to the manager who made himself / unavailable to talk. Moving onto Office of Fair Trading and Standards next.
Zero compassion
My son visited Eastleigh with two friends to celebrate his birthday. Everything was fine until the final corner, when one of his friends spun out and badly injured his knee. He was extremely upset, required medical attention from the manager and was given an ice pack. Incident forms were completed and the parents informed.
At no point was I offered the option to return using the 6 month incentive. With a crying, limping 10-year-old, my priority was getting him home - not discussing future bookings. When I later called to rebook a session for my son and husband, I was told the discounted incentive no longer applied and couldn’t be offered over the phone. Despite explaining the exceptional circumstances, they refused any flexibility, even though I was trying to book two more sessions.
I am extremely angry with the lack of empathy shown by their customer service and feel they need to show more understanding and decency, especially when a child is hurt during what should be a fun occasion.

Been to go carting few times now and at start it went alright but after it just became a lot worse. There's about 16 people usually which is way too much and ignore lights completely. Even the staff just don't do anything.
Best visit to date!
I've been going to Transport Nottingham for a couple of years now and I'm not sure what has changed but this was by far the best visit to date. It's the first time that races have been pretty much on time, super smooth change overs and the staff were friendly as always. Well done to all the team there, it was a great experience. Just a shame you can't make it a bit warmer lol
Do not trust
Do not trust. They have allowed someone other than myself, make a booking using my credentials at a site 200miles away from where I live! According to customer service agent no complaints process!!
Shape it up TeamSport.
As a long time Karter at TeamSport I'd say it's mostly been a positive experience, aside from the odd entitled staff member or faulty track sessions/Karts I genuinely do enjoy myself. The price probably isn't worth it if you don't have a membership? but if you're young and want to get the most out of it, I advise Cadet Academy. Remember this is a motorsport, You're not always going to have a positive run. But TeamSport could definitely do better with Staffing/Kart Maintenance. Your motto is putting the customer on the pole! Preach it!
Great for 8 year olds and 42 year olds!
Took my son on his 8th birthday to the Dundee centre and he loved it. The staff were amazingly kind and made him feel special; the silly little helmet coverings and the gold suit were an amazing touch :)
The kart was good fun, felt safe and it wasn't too fast for a beginner. Overall, great experience and will be going back on a regular basis.

Was supposed to be 342 but running so late, couldn’t hang around for the final session
WARNING - crap experience all toll
WARNING: it’s Disgusting how they rob you of your money, £4 for a bottle of coke, £4 for a tacky balaclava, £6 a pint of larger n the food is extortionate and crap, some of the carts are crap n they cram upto 20 drivers on which just causes endless stops of the race , I’ll never go here again, they can keep it …. There’s far better tracks around than this place …. Total waste of money
