Delivered the wrong parcel to us
Delivered the wrong parcel to us. Now need to go and find a distant neighbour who hopefully has our parcel and swap it for theirs which was delivered to us. I’d say that amounts to no stars and extreme poor service

Copper hot water cylinder
I found the site extremely detailed and made choosing the cylinder easy. I ordered the cylinder on the 15/01/2026 at 14.00hrs and it was delivered around 09.00hrs 16/01.2026 by a very polite and helpful delivery man.

Excellent customer service and better pricing than other online providers
We needed to to place an urgent order for a heating cylinder. However, once the order was placed we realised the size was wrong and needed to change it rapidly .I dealt with Matt Collins and the service he provided was very prompt and efficient. He sorted out everything very quickly so we had minimal stress. I will definitely be using TDL in the future. in addition, TDL’s prices were much better than most of the other companies we had looked at.

GREAT SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I live in Manchester where there is apparently a shortage of hot water cylinders and our plumbers were unable to locate one. One phone call to TDL sorted it and it was dispatched from Kent by courier, arriving in less than 48 hours. BRILLIANT!
