Didn't recieve it and found out that I wouldn't a week later
I ordered a Fred perry navy hoodie more than a week a go with standard delivery. I didn't recieve it and didn't get any communication letting me know why only a few days ago I discovered that my purchase had been refunded. I am disappointed with the service as my son didn't recieve his Christmas gift at all.

I received email from pay pal about my money had been refunded for my order with tdf. I didn't receive not email or any communication from tdf about why my order has been cancelled. I am wel annoyed with their service.

I have been told when doing a refund vai Paypal it does not give you the option to explain why a refund has been given

I emailed and telephoned to ask advice on returning, no one got back to me on email or I didn't receive a call back
I phoned today and requested an email response but haven't received that either!

Awful service
I placed several orders over the Black Friday weekend, whereby I'd been sent a discount code to use by TDF, which gave a considerable discount off their items. They'd made an error with this apparently, and then chose not to honour all 9 orders I placed and just cancelled them on the actual delivery day, without any contact from them. Awful service, I do not recommend!!

First Time Experience
I ordered a Fred Perry Shirt, which arrived very quickly, excellent quality but unfortunately it was too big for me. I returned the shirt and ordered a smaller size. Within a couple of days I received the new shirt and received an e-mail saying I had been refunded for the larger shirt. Excellent Service.
However, the only negative was that I had to pay for the returned item?? Maybe you could review this policy to encourage people to return to you.
