NEVER GOT SUCH A UNPROFESSIONAL SERVISE - NEVER USING TB AGAIN - IF IS NOT NEW IT DOESN'T MATTER
left my car to be checked and got as replacement a car with a strong odor.
after picking my car I am notified that the passenger chair got dirty - report couldn't specify.
Next day, and with a wet chair, my clothes appear dirty with oil. I ignored, the day after, the same. checked everything I got, my purse (89€) was with oil. I placed it on the ground, chair was wet and dirty.
I called the TB and I'm made aware that the chair was dirty because the mechanics wife entered the car wet with salted water. all the white stains left behind made sense now.
took my car back for the second time to be clean.
after having a stock because if the stains didn't go out I will lose around 500€ on damaged goods, seeing 3 dry cleaners, having 2 jackets, 2 Jeans, a sweater cleaned and be informed that my purse can't be clean, TB decides that 29.99€ covers all the costs.
apparently they are responsible only for the mechanics mistakes, not their wife's. TB decides to refund 20 euros for the dry cleaning and, because my purse is not brand new, 9.99€ for it.
I'm not even going to mention the time I lost going to several dry cleaners and bring the car back twice because they can't do their job properly.
i hope owners of classics never go to TB, woman with vintage accessories avoid it.
