Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Absolutely appalling service, no sense of urgency, lack of communication and common sense. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

I went with Humzah Sherwani i at Taylor Rose Solicitors to handle the sale of my Nans house, after the estate agents recommended him, and I’m so glad I did. He was incredibly efficient, he emailed me straight away, took care of everything related to the house sale, and I didn’t have to ask a single question. The whole process was so smooth, fantastic service from start to finish.

Three page letter received full of dire predictions if an insurance policy was not purchased to cover the possibility of a problem as there was no building regulation certificate for the boiler installation. Pushed back, and within 12 minutes they had verified the boiler installation online with Gas Safe. Must have taken longer to compose the letter in the first place!

Inevitably there is a vast amount of information to be got over to clients, which can seem burdensome to anyone not used to the process. Taylor Rose succeeded in being fairly helpful. But perhaps it would be possible for them to grade things so that all that is most important can be flagged and so dealt with more promptly and quickly. My only other comment is that jargonistic terms and language ought to be avoided or, when unavoidable, explained or clarified.

The exchange and completed with in two months, and Bulent was brilliant throughout the entire process. He maintained excellent communication, regularly updated me on the progress, and ensured everything was completed smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend his service.

The service was great, however I gave 4 stars as there was no mention regarding success fees other than at the beginning and when we got to the end I had to pay a 60% success fee but when I'd asked about fees towards the end of the process this part wasn't mentioned - it was only when we finalised payments that it popped up. Otherwise, I was very happy with the service and the support I received.

Jo Badland looked after us with the uttermost care throughout out property acquisition process. She is detailed, responsive and professional. We are grateful for her help and for the excellence service Tailor Rose provides.

Good service although I struggled with the portals at first, Catherine was extremely helpful and it was a bonus she lived local and visited us to help with the process.

Mariagiulia was very efficient and thorough, perhaps more thorough than we wanted as we were in a hurry. She did not give in to our urges to cut corners but made sure she did her job in a very professional way. I would recommend her to anyone, unless they are in a real hurry.

They have get my money and delivered no service, i feel like i m scammed, i do not advise them

Catastrophic experience! A shocking display of incompetence. The list is long but includes chasing us for documents after acknowledging receipt, clunky online forms that recorded the opposite to what we answered, confusing and misleading advice, no response to questions raised through the portal for over a week with completion imminent, and so on. Avoid at all costs if you can.

We recently used Taylor Rose Solicitors for our remortgage and Help to Buy loan redemption, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Anyone who has dealt with Help to Buy knows it can be a complex process, but the team made everything run seamlessly from start to finish.

Communication was outstanding throughout. We were kept regularly updated and never felt left in the dark at any point.
