Harely Sommer was a person worth the price. Throughout the entire process of buying my property, he was engaged and dedicated on a personal level – he made me feel I was the only client.
He was constantly in contact with me about updates about the buying process, and was always looking to speed up the process where possible.
If things came up, he was honest and transparent about why things came up and was happy to take the time to explain why. Furthermore, though he had explained a point 100 times over as part of his role, he always took the time to make it feel like it was the 1st time, and was happy to spend time to offer advice and guidance on the process.
That personal touch is something to be highly commended.
During my recent property purchase, Harley S was always in communication and was always looking to the best possible deal for me, even with allowing for fixed legal obligations, I was always informed of that in a timely and professional manner, with reasons why.

My experience with Greg Short was superb with what could have been a very long drawn out process and unnecessary setbacks with my buyers solicitor. As i’m not a person to sit back and let things happen, Greg was very patient with me and dealt with every hurdle with speed and expertise. His commitment to the process showed when he had no problem replying to my late evening emails.
I wish him luck with all future ventures!
Oh and a small shout out to Tony Williamson who stepped up the last couple of days in Greg’s absence.
