Helpful on the phone, quick delivery
I called to confirm stock on a shower tray + waste, (having been misled about availability by another supplier), the person I spoke to was quick and confirmed the parts were in stock and would be delivered within a week, probably sooner. 2 days later, they turned up!

They called, they left the parcel in a safe place. I wish all deliveries were as efficient as yours.

This company is amazing. They have such a vast range in stock, selling top brands at competitive prices. Plus super fast delivery. This will be my number one place to get bathroom products.

Good easy buying experience, good price for taps as compared to other sites, was worried as could not find if they were in stock on the website but was really pleased when they were delivered in perfect condition first thing (8:00 AM) the very next morning. We received a damaged £95 Burlington toilet seat and because we were on holiday when it was delivered and couldn’t check it within their timeframe they refused to exchange it. The integrity of the toilet seat is compromised so we are literally flushing £95 down the toilet because it cannot be used. Our entire order value was £400+ but there was no goodwill whatsoever. Go to a reputable dealer and do no use this company would be my advice.

Shower. Tempest grohe concealed shower. Arrived on time. Good quality and price. No problems. Never had any problems with taps empire on price and delivery
