Don’t do it

I ordered a replacement mixer cartridge for a Grohe shower, in fairness it did arrive pretty quickly but unfortunately they sent the wrong part and then argued that it wasn’t their fault, and that it was mine. After several emails and copies of the order and photos of the parts going to and fro they eventually accepted the error and agreed to a refund. The part was returned back to them and they have now had it for almost one week and still no refund, they don’t even reply to emails. I can only assume they want me to go through the credit card company as I can’t see any other way of resolving the issue, safe to say, I won’t ever be using them again!

Although the correct Grohe cartridge as per the ordered SKU was delivered, you were after a specific version which is no longer supplied by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we were unable to confirm the correct replacement for your installation and advised you to contact Grohe for assistance. Nevertheless, the product was returned and your total payment was refunded with 5 working days of receipt. In all fairness, we have been sending updates by email, and can only assume that the messages might be landing up in your Spam folder.

I would never buy from this supplier…

I would never buy from this supplier again. Goods arrived promptly and OK but family illness and resulting availability of plumber meant item not installed as originally planned. It was then discovered that the item was unsuitable for our location but as we were outside the 14 day returns period, they totally refused to accept any Return goods, despite our explaining valid reason why the install was delayed. Very poor Customer Relations

Quality taps at very reasonable prices.

Great value plus excellent service. A little problem with our order was resolved quickly and efficiently. Both our lovely Bristan taps have now been fitted. Would definitely recommend and will use again if the need arises.

Excellent website, comprehensive choice of goods, easy to order. Quick response. I am very pleased with the taps I purchased. My parcel was delivered in super quick time. Cannot fault the service.
