The way to know a great company is how they deal with you when you have a problem. I bought a shower enclosure which was damaged when the plumbers went to fit it and the glass shattered. Connor dealt with the problem immediately and arranged a replacement which arrived within a few days. Great to deal with, excellent customer service

Falsely claiming to be in ireland/Irish company. In fact uk company. Do not reply to contact form had to call a number of times, eventually told my order had been missed and tap was no longer in stock. Asked for refund, hoping it will come soon.

I have dealt with Conor on a number of occasions and always found him helpful & knowledgeable. Also recently a tap gave problems after 18 months use, as requested I forwarded a few photos of the tap and an upgraded model arrived by return without any hassle! How’s that for customer service?

This is my first time buying from this company and I have to say they have been excellent to deal with .I ordered a shower door on Wednesday and got a phone call from their office the next day to tell me my order would be delivered in 4 days to county kerry in Ireland It arrived Tuesday morning and it was really so well packed their was never a danger of it being damaged. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs bathroom equipment

If you're looking for a quality product at a reasonable price with a speedy delivery then taps4less.ie is the right supplier! There was an issue with my product ( delivery company's fault), but taps4less.ie stepped up and sent a replacement right away without any hassle! Their customer service is second to none and I would highly recommend this company!!!

Ian helped me a great deal when I was trying to buy my kitchen tap and also my bathroom sink tap when I needed some technical help.
