ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE - LIFE-THREATENING INCOMPETENCE"I am writing this to expose the absolute lack of duty of care by Takaful Emarat Insurance (Policy #01-115-01-25-5380380374) and the emergency coordination desk. I was admitted to the hospital in severe respiratory distress, unable to breathe, with clear lab reports showing severe acute inflammation. The ENT physician prescribed an urgent, vital injection (Texa/Tranexamic Acid) and nebulizer therapy.Takaful Emarat intentionally delayed and withheld the electronic authorization for hours for a patient in acute hypoxia, playing games with human life over a minor cost. I was left suffocating in the waiting room due to their bureaucratic incompetence. I am filing a formal, structural complaint with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Central Bank of the UAE. Avoid this insurance company at all costs if you value your life. Disgusting corporate behavior.
