Excellent Service scope is nice and clear had a slight problem as the scope includes free sets of 9-11mm Dovetail and Weaver / Picatinny Scope Ring but only 11mm dovetail were sent and i needed weaver/picatinny but an email to nick sorted the problem out and was answered on a Sunday, outside of normal working hours. Unbelievable service. Just as an after thought If there was a drop down box to say what you wanted that would be great, I also didn't see any ability to add notes to the order that would help.

Delivery..... Royal Mail claimed to be unable to find my address, despite getting it sent to my work address, a government building for more than 35 years, where I've worked for 7 years out of the last 24 with the same company, so they returned it to sender

Not even a hint of an apology from TacticalScope/Optics Warehouse, not even a "sorry to hear that", and was refused a refund because it was paid for with Klarna, and apparently it is their policy that a refund can't be made until items are returned

If Royal Mail can't deliver it right first time where does that leave me if they can't manage the return journey!?!?!?!

Ordered another scope to speed things up, should have been delivered this morning, tracking details from Royal Mail then changed to PM, followed by an email saying they had been given instructions not to deliver it

By who? Certainly not me

Especially disappointing as I've spent thousands with Optics Warehouse/Tacticalscope, and directed others there for purchases

Let down by shockingly poor (non)delivery, equally poor, bordering on rude customer (dis)service, still no scope (either one) and still no refund

I ordered a Falcon T50i II optic at an Easter offer price. Unfortunately the box was damaged, so I asked for a replacement. Damaged item collected by courier, replacement sent as soon as Tacticalscope had confirmation of collection. Replacement arrived by Royal Mail 1pm Special Delivery in perfect condition. Excellent customer service; which is why this is the third optic I've bought from Tacticalscope.
