I arrived on time and there were a couple of things to be done. Everything.was done in a very timely manner. It did not seem to take long at all. It is a very good welcoming environment.

Disappointed.
This is the first time I have used Wakefield Audi and to be honest I feel a bit disappointed. The first thing when I was told the car was finished I went out to it to find a warning light on that I had never seen before. I went back into the reception to tell them they did'nt seem too concerned. They took it back into the workshop and I was told they had charged the battery. Then I drove off to find the stop/start working like never before. It must of stopped 6 times on over run before I left the trading estate, it has never driven like that before. I don't know if they did some kind of software upgrade while they serviced it. This has been highlighted on a recent trip to Scotland, its a totally different car.
I have'nt spoken to them about because its so difficult to get them on the phone all you end up doing is speaking to a call centre and if I book it with them I would have to pay a diagnostic fee for them to look at something I think they caused.

As always, I am treated like royalty at Audi Wakefield. The staff are so friendly, helpful and attentive. They can't do enough! Nothing is to much trouble. I attended a few Audi dealerships and Wakefield are the best my far.

Great and seamless car-buying experience from start to finish.
Louis was exceptional in his communication from the moment I made an enquiry about the car, to when I eventually went to view the car, finalised the sale with Thomas and drove away the car same day.
No pressure, just great service. I drove away thrilled with my new car. Highly recommend Audi Wakefield!

Drove my car into the service area
Drove my car into the service area, a member of service staff then confirmed the service work to be done. After a cup of coffee and reading a couple of chapters of my book the service sheet was explained to me and the car was all ready, cleaned and valeted.

This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Sytner Select Wakefield. I can say with genuine happiness that all the staff are amazing, Kas and Will guided me through test drive, answered all my Questions and more besides. Just clear, straightforward and a real pleasure to buy from. Was truly fantastic, I had a budget in mind, along with Part Ex, and a very strict shopping list of must haves for my Better half. We found a car that matched all parameters and more. Then it came to the figures side of things, Will made it easy and simple, and we were very close to my budget. All in all they are fantastic, Special mention to Will the sales manager, just bounced off him and it didn't feel like I was spending almost 20k. Just a real Treat !
Kas, you are very special to me too, you didn't pressure anything, and made sure I had all my desires and questions dealt with, Absolute top guy, and always asked if I needed to know more, Just unreal dedication to perfection. Audi used car purchase from Louis
We recently bought our car from Louis.
We live 4 hours away but this was the car we had hoped to buy.
Louis was very helpful in our long distance negotiations and information. Initially he sent us a super video, he showed us everything we needed to know about the car and we were very impressed.
When we came to meet the team they were all very helpful and friendly and made purchasing the car smooth and easy.
We were very impressed with all the team and would definitely go back again when we are looking for a replacement.
We would highly recommend Audi Wakefield and look forward to seeing them all next time.

We always deal with Darrian in service at Audi Wakefield and her customer service is always outstanding. She really does go above and beyond to make sure the process is smooth running and efficient. I would highly recommend Darrian and she is by far the best out of all the car garages we have ever been to.
