I have paid for Sync for over 2 years and it does not work
I have paid for Sync for over 2 years now and the service does not work reliably.
The desktop client is incredibly slow as they have packaged a single threaded windows executable as a MacOS app. Cloud files has been in beta for years, the vault storage randomly moves my files into deletion.
They removed all mention of end-to-end encryption from the site and did this without any notice or offer of refund.
The reason they incentivize annual billing is because they do not have good customer retention.
