CHARLATANS -- BEST WORD!!

CHARLATANS -- BEST WORD!!

Signed up in the Fall of 2025. They had sales people online.. pushing on the sell. YUP paid 1 year. Since then, it's been a battle. Their email system does not sync all your emails, just leads -- Ummm sort of backwards... Support is the broken bridge. There is none. I mean you create a ticket.. and no replies - This place should be BANNED, put of out of business - worst every. If I could give a crumbled star, it would be the best.

** STAY AWAY ** SAVE YOUR MONEY... LOOK AT OTHER SYSTEMS.. THEY WILL TRY TO SELL YOU ON A DREAM...

MODERN DAY CHARLATANS

Just NO.

Just NO.
If you're looking for a new CRM, keep looking, Insightly is no longer the one.
We've been using Insightly for a good few years. It was fine, until they changed. No more customer service, no more support. Just excuses and a changed system.
I would change if we could and am looking to change, it will take a little while.
Sad and annoying, but that is corporate customer service for you.

No Basic KPIs, Glacial Support

After a decade on Insightly and $649/month in fees, we still can’t pull the most basic revenue KPIs because project budgets don’t roll up to the parent Opportunity. We’ve resorted to error-prone spreadsheets just to see client-level revenue. Worse, “<24-hour” support consistently turns into days—or even weeks—before anyone replies. As the CEO of RateNow, I’m deeply disappointed: solid CRM features mean little when essential reporting and timely customer service are missing.

Worst CRM. Do not use

They have always had terrible customer service. And block you out occasionally without warning - terrible if you are in the middle of sales. Now they have changed their interface and I'd say the CRM is pretty valueless. We are looking to switch

AVOID please.

AVOID please.
An absolute scam of a company. Zero customer service and they treat you like a cash machine without providing the actual CRM they purport to provide.
AVOID please.

Using Insightly For 9 Years - It's Time They Close Shop

We have been using Insightly for 9 years. We were grandfathered in and decided to support them by buying an upgraded subscription. So far, so unimpressed. From the clueless sales representative and the astonishingly slow tech support. We currently have a basic functionality bug we've reported (filters not working) and it's been over a month with no solution.
I think the company behind this is probably struggling and unable to improve the product.

Clunky to use

Clunky to use, just doesn't flow very well, lots of jumping around. No free videos explain how to set it up/use it efficiently, they want $1500 per year for entry level support, no good for small business. Much better CRMs out there

Full of Bugs and Poor Service

The platform is fine if you want very basic CRM functionality - but once you need it to do anything useful you need to pay for the Enterprise version and / or know how to do API integrations ( but not via Zapier )

We have had bug after bug and always the response from support is " you need to pay more for that"

The lack of customer support is astounding in this day and age. Most support tickets take 3-5 days to get resolved.

Save your time and money and go elsewhere

No customer service for customer service software!

Busy small business owner looking for a cmr and booked demo's with various companies including insightly. I never got a phone call for the demo even though i had multiple conversations and emails with them and they can't even have the courtesy to call and apologize or email the same. With so many crm software companies out there you would think customers service would be high on priority, considering the software they are selling is for customer service.
