Very good keyboard, mouse & clipboard sharing software.
The team are actively working on resolving bugs, some of which are related to using virtualisation software, e.g. Remote Desktop, which do not process key bindings correctly.

The software didn't work as I'd hoped - that was my error, not theirs.
As it is, the refund was uncomplicated and straightforward. Support were polite and efficient - which is something I can't say for every "no quibble" guarantee I've had to argue...
I would use them again without a second thought.

Excellent product and service to go with it. R tome was faster then I expected, heck it took me longer to let support know of issue was resolved, than them answering my enquiry.
Been using this product synergy for long time, oft was free back when they were starting out and didn't mind paying for what the product gives as features.

This product is wonderful. I have four systems and the one keyboard and mouse. I will need to work on setting up a new computer and add that to the mix and with the six monitors I use, everything is before me, and I can be much more productive.(yes six, one is attached to a camera for macro work)

Bought synergy and was really easy to set up, i was actually surprised. I've been using it for about an hour and it is absolutely seamless. Even though i am using it between mac and windows, it feels amazing to transition the mouse between the screens. totally worth the money, you wont regret it

Great product. Been using this for a long time. The free version from some time ago is probably still floating around the net somewhere, get the new one for all those pesky bug fixes.

Great product. Really neat to go from screen to screen on different computers and keep the same mouse and keyboard! Only thing to watch out for is pressing windows key + L to lock as it will lock your host machine. Also I had trouble getting it to work when my work VPN was on, but that laptop is very locked down. Overall great price and piece of software, the support got back to me very quickly (they say 48 hours but it was more like 6, which is great for a basic license).
I was recommended it by an IT friend and since buying it I’ve mentioned it and several other IT nerds have sung its praises.

Amazing product. I've used it for several years on my Linux/Windows machines, and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs to use multiple computers at once.

I needed to add a 16th pc to the setup and the GUI is limited to 15. Support was great to help me update the config file and showed me how to do this in event I have more to add. They also showed me how to change the layout. The GUI is automatically set to 3 rows, 5 columns. My room is setup with 2 rows, 8 columns. Support helped me change the config file to conform to my setup and my operations people love it now.

I tried Synergy because my normal KVM software (Multiplicity) is Windows only, and I needed something to bridge across Linux (Mint) to Windows 10. Synergy works very well as far as it goes, but some features are not fully available (like copying files via the clipboard, which I really need). There are more features planned for a future upgrade. They actually have a 30-day refund, which is very gracious. Since I abandoned Linux Mint, I no longer need Synergy, and I exercised this offer. The refund was immediate. Excellent service.

Incredible software, it works seamlessly, it also solves a big issue for linux users wanting to use ROCCAT gaming mice on linux, I programmed by buttons in windows and they now work in Linux flawlessly, and its impossible to get the mouse to work with Linux alone eg. without Symless synergy. I also use a LG Oled 65 inch as my monitor where I switch manually between the linux and windows pc, this also works great - and allows me to use the same keyboard and mice with both pc's.

Initial set up wasn't great, defaulting to a manual set up seems like an oversight. Took a few attempts for the client to finally see the server after finding the automated option.
This then resulted in several TLS errors, due to a lack of SSL certificate. To be fair, they have a help article on this - though it did not help with my situation. After disabling TLS, Synergy actually worked - I could switch between devices easily. But I paid for a secure connection, which didn't work.
After requesting a refund, I was sent to a form. Seems like more leg work, but OK. The website makes note that "There is absolutely no obligation to answer any of the questions." in regards to the refund form, but trying to leave anything blank will result in "You must give information on why you're requesting a refund".
After writing a full explanation, I was then presented with "Your refund could not be processed at this time. Please try again later.", a full waste of my time at this point.
I am now waiting for a response from their customer support. Why they can't just process the refund the first time I asked rather than getting me to jump through a faulty hoop is beyond me. This is why we have software trials.

I was a little worried about buying before trying but I took a leap of faith. After installing on my Mac and Win 10 computers it wouldn't work. The Mac side was fine but I got error after error on the Win 10 and was getting frustrated. After looking through the FAQ's and support site I was able to figure out why it didn't work and I'm very happy with the software. I'm amazed how smooth it works compared to other mouse/keyboard sharing software and I tried a bunch.

I work on a PC and Mac and wanted to use the MAC keyboard and mouse on both monitors. I purchased Symless Synergy 1 which is lifetime and works for my home needs between 2 computers.
After downloading the software on my PC, I had a problem understanding how to make the computers work together. Customer service was a huge help connecting to my computer and getting everything working for me.
Thanks Symless Team

I dragged out my old iMac to use as a monitor for my Macbook and without thoroughly checking that the iMac could be updated proceeded with Synergy. When setting up I realized my iMac was just too old, and I got a refund really quick and easy. I would gladly repurchase should I spring for a larger monitor at some point.
