The best multi‑computer experience I had

The best multi‑computer experience I had so far. For me the most important part is that it works with Linux, Windows and macOS, because I switch between all of them periodically.

1000% Garbage

1000% Garbage - Lifetime Lic - they ripped everyone off (including me)

Instead.. I get to PAY for something I own... AND.. it FAILS to FUNCTION..every.. single.. day.. THUS being NEGATIVE VALUE

fast support response

fast support response

had issue with not being able to connect new computer to two other computers that were already connected with 3.5.1 Lite version. mistakenly thought i am forced to upgrade to 3.5.1 Max for this to work, which i did, and it was not the case, actually problem was my network misconfiguration on the new pc. support acted fast and refunded my upgrade without even me asking. thank you

Tech support is First Class

Tech support is First Class! They responded very quickly and knew the answer the first time. It turns out that my Antivirus, ESET, was causing the issue I was having. I love this company!

I have been with Symless using the…

I have been with Symless using the Synergy multi-monitor solution since their initial beta version. As a professional futures trader using multiple computers with multiple monitors, Synergy's product offered the perfect solution for my business.

Being part of their growth trajectory as a customer has been exciting, as their expertise across varied OS Platforms is stunning. I am a simple Windows user, though more advanced platforms utilize their product.

Finally, what is most gratifying to me is their absolute commitment to customer support. I had an issue on a Sunday night pairing a new computer monitor...So I penned a support ticket directly on their website for assistance. Though this issue was not "mission critical" to my business, I received a support response early Monday morning with the solution which had me up and running for the trading day opening bell.

I have rated Symless with FIVE STAR because in the fast paced world that I operate in, solid product with timely support response aids in keeping me in business.

My deepest gratitude to the entire Symless Team.

I have an apple mac mini and windows xp…

I have an apple mac mini and windows xp computer that required a lot of help for this not-to-computer-savvy senior citizen. On more that one occasion, the Synergy techs had to walk me through fixes. They were patient, thorough and always able to help me get things right.

Great Product, Great Experience

I’m a new user to Synergy. I have a physical KVM, but using Synergy is so much easier when it isn’t necessary to share a monitor or have a dedicated monitor for my laptop. I have a Linux desktop and windows laptop. Synergy works very well. I had one issue after upgrading my Linux computer, but Synergy support helped fix it quickly. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to using this product for many years.

Not very stable. And no customer service. Why would you pay if you have free programs that are a lot more stable.

Great Product and Support

I've been a Synergy user for many years. I have always received excellent support from the Symless team.
The Synergy product continues to get better with each release. I'm currently using the Synergy 3.x release - this software delivers a magical connection between computer screens using one keyboard and one mouse.
I'm very pleased with the software and the support team behind it.
