I have used Synergy since version 1, but now on version 3 I had the first problem ever.
On my mac the mouse would move erratic. making working impossible.
Searched the internet then I saw that you could mail their support. Sent in the log.zip and received a friendly reply with two possible solutions. (from a living person!)
The first worked for me.
So yeah I would recommend Synergy to everybody.

Symless Synergy allows me to game on Windows while simultaneously and seamlessly using Linux at the same time on a different computer, side by side as if they are one.

I have been using Synergy for several years now. I could not operate my media studio without it. I have six computers, both Macs and PCs, networked as part of an audio-visual multimedia live performance system. I am able to use a single keyboard and mouse to operate the whole studio, easily switching from one computer to the next.

Synergy has not been without its issues. When I began using it several years ago, there were challenges regarding its stability and installation. However, the company has been steadily refining and improving the functionality. Despite the fact the current version is still in beta, it is truly remarkable how stable it has become.

Now I can perform an upgrade and setup in a matter of minutes, as opposed to a lengthy and difficult installation procedure. The stability is so solid now, that I don't even have to think about the complex operations it is performing to allow me to switch effortlessly between computers.

Synergy is nothing short of a miracle and what is equally impressive, is the support. I generally hear back within an hour of posting a request, and have received hands on help in resolving issues. I can't recommend it enough!

Synergy 3 didn't work for me, but I have a strange set up and I'm sure that is the cause of it.

Synergy 3 seems to be a great program and it saddens me that it didn't work for me.

What I find the best about this team is they are absolutely honest and trustworthy. The support is outstanding.

They tried hard to make it work, and it probably would have sooner or later, after trying other options. Yet, I'm an impatient person and became frustrated so I asked for a refund in mere seconds it was given. Seriously, in a couple of seconds, my money was returned.

I have purchased the Pro license 2 years ago. Have not been using the product much, but now when I needed it I not only found out that everything is still working great and the software improved greatly, but my license was also upgraded to cover new versions of the software. The configuration might not be totally easy in complex environments (i3wm linux + mac + windows for example), but when configured, everything works as expected. 100% satisfied customer here :-)

I have a super unique set up due to streaming and gaming. Thanks to Daniel on the Synergy team I've got my own unique code to the program to make it work!

People very professionals who have answered each time very quickly to my questions.

Synergy works great, and if you have any trouble with it, the support team is fantastic and fast.

The support is immediately and very competent.

This is a great company. The best part about them is their honesty. They take accountability for issues and respond very well. It's been a pleasure working with Symless since the beginning.

These days it's a MUST to have reliable and accurate tech support, as most of us work daily with technology of all sorts, and as we all know. tech has a tendency to fail at times. But when a company is unable to help their customers, our work is crippled and some times literally impossible to perform. And so, when I find a company like Synergy that is prompt, accurate, friendly and actually helpful when the rare tech issues arise, I am one happy camper! THANKS GUYS! Keep up the good work!! :)

I love their product! I ran int a challenge, dropped a note to support and they got right on it and followed up persistently to make sure it was resolved.

The support I received for my request was fantastic. I had multiple people-all of whom were knowledgeable - assisting on my case. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and willing to help me. It turns out that my problem was on my end with my antivirus software and banking protection, which I did not think to check, and the technicians who pointed out those items as the potential cause of the issue didn't make me feel stupid for not checking or for not understanding why it was a potential cause-believe me, I felt pretty silly for not knowing that, myself. I highly recommend the product, and everyone who assisted me was great.

i am constantly. changing computers as i repair them as a hobby and having one keyboard would be great with my laptops

I've used Synergy since the first release - support has always been top-noth - and the product keeps on improving

I have been using Symless since the very early days and have always found it to work well. Had a small issue with the latest version, but support was great and I am up and running.
