I ordered something 8 days ago and still not received.
It should be delivered in 2 days....
They are still just playing around. You can't even send them an email — only talk to a robot, which then forwards you to a real person who simply tells you to call a phone number if you want your money back...
Terrible service. Everyone should avoid them.

I contacted you 3 times already, nothing changes. You stoled my money and that's all.

Due to the hacking of my Swisscom email account, which was a result of Swisscom's lack of attention to security, the following amounts were stolen from me in February: (1) EUR 8,860 and (2) CHF 3,056.60. Despite numerous requests, including through a lawyer, Swisscom has not yet returned these amounts.

their prices are way to high for what they offer. Also very strange is their daughtercompany wingo, which provides the same services for 80% of the price.
Its a freemasons country, too small for that mass and they steal daily and threat you like shit. i came from an indutrial
family from ukraine and will leave switzerland soon. Its not worth it.

terrible company, absolutely not supportive staff, once you are in hard to get out. Wish i never signed up any contract with them. So many problems, poor service, hubby cannot work from home because of them though we pay for the fastest internet. the most expensive company on the market. AVOID IT!

I am one of the many thousands of Swisscom customers (I am a customer since 1985), who would like to watch Italian soccer (football) on TV. I like many others according to your Swisscom Priorité hotline, I would be prepared to pay adequately to receive this service. The non availability of Serie A soccer on Blue TV, is a clear sign of Swisscom’s inadequate negotiating ability when dealing with foreign federations or providers. Very disappointed! Totally ignored by Swisscom management.

There is a technical fault affecting several households in the same village and yet the technician claims there is no problem and it is the settings of the router. It is impossible to find a customer complaints e-mail address. The person on the chat is in a different time zone and communicates with emojis including hearts. It is helpless.
The reply to this review demonstrates the lack of customer service awareness. The problem is that the outage is not recognised on the Swisscom portal and therefore it is not receiving any priority to be fixed!

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice!
⚠️ Non comprate accessori da Swisscom!
Ho acquistato auricolari Samsung a novembre 2024. A febbraio 2025, il destro ha perso volume. Swisscom ha rifiutato la garanzia parlando di un "errore d’uso" senza spiegazioni.
In più, hanno chiesto 50 CHF per il ritiro, senza preavviso. Servizio pessimo!
This version is more concise but still impactful. Let me know if you need any further refinements!
⚠️ Avoid Swisscom for phone accessories!
I bought Samsung earbuds in November 2024. By February 2025, the right one had low volume. Swisscom refused the warranty, claiming a "usage mistake" without explanation.
Then, they charged me 50 CHF service fee to get it back—never mentioned before. Terrible after-sales service!

Extremely expensive compared to the other network providers where the home or mobile services work the same. Moreover, the mobile service doesn’t have good coverage outside Switzerland. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend!

Swisscom is by far the best Swiss telecommunications provider, despite being more expensive than competitors. If you’re considering it, wait for a promotion—they offer great deals often. I got an excellent promotion: half-price for my Blue Mobile subscription (40 CHF instead of 80 CHF) with unlimited Switzerland, Europe, and even U.S./Canada internet. I also pay 60 CHF for high-speed home internet. While you may find cheaper alternatives, the quality and customer experience make Swisscom worth every penny.
The user dashboard is incredibly intuitive, giving you full control of your services in one place. My standout experience was with their customer service. I only waited one minute, and the representative was kind, professional, and helpful. They resolved my billing issue and even gave me a 50 CHF credit—truly going above and beyond. Swisscom sets the bar for excellent service and reliability. Highly recommend!

Very poor service. Passed to third party verification (Nect), got an error saying there was a technical issue, got passed back to Swisscom, link was broken. I don't understand what I'm paying them for, why does Skribble use them??

No customer service
Block the line while I asked repetitively to get explain actions on the outrageous costs that were nothing like during the initial negotiation.
A joke for a company that seems so proud to be Swiss made owned and bred.

Service down and no one answering from customer service. Useless for the price they charge!!

Customer service is the worst. In case of outages, they don’t help but just refer to their AGB.

My experience with Swisscom was one of the worst I’ve ever had with a service provider. I ordered fibre internet from their website because they advertised that my house already had a fibre connection. This turned out to be completely false. My house required installation, and I only discovered this after doing my own investigation because Swisscom’s support lines were almost impossible to reach.
When I finally decided to cancel my order, things went from bad to worse. The customer support representative I spoke to was rude and dismissive, treating me like I was stupid for asking basic questions. I requested a written confirmation of my cancellation to ensure I wouldn’t receive a bill down the line. Instead of reassuring me, the support person condescendingly told me there was "nothing to cancel" because no contract had been activated yet.
The lack of clear communication, the dismissive attitude, and the false advertising made this experience incredibly frustrating and stressful. Swisscom failed on every level—advertising, customer service, and support. If you value your time and sanity, stay far away from Swisscom. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I did.

I am an Enterprise Customer, we have over 100 Subscriptions with Swisscom, apparently nobody gets someone assigned to their contract as in "This client has over X devices and this is then your account to manage" there is no account manager so there is no responsibility, enterprise support line, employees LIE, not overblowing it, lie constantly, "we will call you in the afternoon" "if something goes wrong with the order we will call you" "you can do that in our shop" (This one is the most infuriating, I go to the shop and they always look at me like im stupid until I call the Enterprise line and they clear it up between themselves, but they never do this PRIOR , They send you there and waste ur time and then you have to chase them..) , ofc why I noted the callback ones, because I never get a call back , even when I save the name of the person I never get connected again... Last thing that happened was with my last order, I ordered 3 phones together, somehow one order has a different order date then the others (probably they didnt have them in stock or something witch is something they can check ofc during the order)
I recieve a Pink phone for our new executive.... hes not picky but god damn imagine you get your first devices and he unboxes a pink phone, it seems like a joke. but SINCE HE OPENED THE BOX, THAT WAS ORDERED WRONG FROM SWISSCOM, ITS MY FAULT FOR OPENING THE TAPE ON THE BOX, NOT THEM FOR ORDERING THE WRONG PHONE, I have to BE Their Dad and follow everything and waste time, because they are incompetent and uselss
NOT TO MENTION The website does not work, a website where you are logged in with your account, does a background check somehow in the background and cant confirm your birthday and cancels the order and you can only see that once you figure out your stuff has not arrived, I am talking about their Symphony stuff...
Third: They were marketing internet all the time to us, we get 15% off on our subscriptions bla bla... so we did it.. first 3 MONTHS NO DISCOUNT? Why... well they put us under 2 seperate Customer Numbers, upsy woopsy, please call our internet department, please call our enterprise department, we dont know what to do call the company that installed the internet, THIS IS YOUR HELPDESK. Insane...
You spend so much on your Progressive Adds, but your customer care is 0, Look at these reviews. 2.2, disgrace, you should move to somewhere less developed, you shame Switzerland.

We received the keys to the apartment on June 4, 2024, with EDIFEA, the developer, confidently declaring that the fiber optic was fully functional. In July 2024, I signed a contract with Sunrise for the L internet package (39.90 CHF/month). Just a week later, Sunrise called to inform me they couldn’t activate the package because—get this—the wall connection wasn’t even active. After several joyful calls with Swisscom, I was *promised* that the wall entry would be activated by September 4th. But, in a stroke of Swisscom's signature dishonesty, they changed the activation date on their website and system to September 25th. This new date was confirmed by Sunrise, meaning: no internet until September 25th.
On September 24th, I called Sunrise to double-check. They reassured me the internet would be 100% active by the 25th. How charming! But by that same afternoon, Swisscom—never missing a beat in their unethical behavior—changed the date yet again, this time to October 30th. Naturally, my call to Sunrise on September 25th ended with a laughable, yet infuriating confirmation: no internet until October 30th. Sunrise, in a half-hearted attempt to help, suggested I hook up a copper cable from the building next door. Lovely, right? I agreed, but when the electrician arrived on September 30th, we discovered EDIFEA hadn’t bothered to install a copper connection in the apartment. To top it off, pulling a cable from another building would be outrageously expensive. So, I’m left paying 119 CHF for an electrician’s visit, while my Sunrise package starts on October 1st, because, well, Sunrise can't wait anymore.
Canceling the Sunrise contract will cost me 100 CHF in fees, plus 24 monthly payments of 39.90 CHF—over 1000 CHF for an internet service I physically can't even use. And no, there’s no 5G option because—of course—there’s no coverage here. So, I’m stuck paying for a non-existent service. I even reached out to the Swisscom project manager—who, by the way, is barely qualified to be a secretary, let alone manage anything—and asked if they could offer me a Swisscom package in the meantime. Naturally, this supposed "professional" couldn’t be bothered to respond and has since stopped answering my calls altogether.
What are my options now? In another five weeks, Swisscom will likely push the activation date even further. I’m stuck paying for an internet service that doesn’t exist, EDIFEA has delivered an apartment with a completely useless connection, and I can’t even rent the place out because internet is as essential as electricity or water these days.
Can I force anyone to cover my costs until the connection is finally established? Or am I just supposed to sit here while Swisscom continues their unethical circus?

Called the Swisscom hotline today and ended up in Kosovo. My request was not understood and the line was simply disconnected. Worst service ever at Swisscom

Worst internet setup experience I've ever had after working and living on 5 continents. The app doesn't work. Installation can only be set up via phone call when the sub-contractor feels like calling you two-three days later. They don't speak English. The identity verification doesn't work, they have to send you a letter. So wait a few days. No, wait a few days more. The login process to the app doesn't work. Do it again. The app cannot find the WiFi signal. Log in again. The router doesn't come with a signal/password so wait for the app to start working. Do it again. The pictures don't match the outlet connection.
These people are incompetent. Good luck.
"Up to 10 Gbps" = ~600 Mbps. Misleading advertising should be illegal.
If there is a problem with the fibre optic cable a technician will have to come out to establish what is the problem. You will need to be available for 5 hours.
If it needs to be replaced, you will have to wait a few days or a week for the technician’s report and be available for phone calls and take time off of work.
