I filled out an application for insurance and made changes to my address. All the fields and instructions were well-written and easy to understand. I completed the application without any problems, but there was no warning that if I change my address, I must first change the address at the bank and add the new card as a new payment method. The website also doesn't remember my password; I reset it three times to access my profile.

Tried to update my car
Tried to update my car. As I am online service it takes 48 hours if I did it over the phone it would be immediate. Tried to change to telephone service and pay for change but was not allowed. Said I would need to cancel my policy and take out a new one but would have charge for cancellation. Ridiculous red tape so unhelpful. Will not renew with them again
