My order was lost in your system due to an error on your part. After no confirmation of delivery after 4 days (when same day shipping was promised on your website) I called your customer non services and was unfortunately passed to Andrew who was the most condescending an work shy people I have ever spoken to. He did nothing but on another call Wendy sorted the issues for me an efficient, friendly and helpful manner and the cable arrived the next day allbeit 5 days from ordering.

Been doing weekly orders,items out of stock so holding on to in stock items until whole order is in,told 2 days for full order but hear nothing for a week so had to contact them to get instock items sent out,multiple delivery attempts as the driver wants a signature,now arranged to leave in safe place but been a pain as items required for jobs.good prices,shame about communication.

Packaged well,Competitively priced and only had to spend £50 to get free delivery.

Having had a prompt response from Alexie about the wrong items being sent I have now received no response to my last email a week ago

Ordered 13 lengths of trunking with lids. Plus other parts. Many parts not delivered. Had to chase on multiple occasions for refund of undelivered parts. Of the 13 pieces of trunking - 10 had smashed up lids. 10 replacements lids were shipped out with zero packages. 7 of these being badly damaged. Demanded a refund and was promised one but it never materialised.

Despite perseverance with Superlec I am disappointed with their communication, despatch time and customer service call support. When I call there is always a huge waiting time which just doesn’t work for a jobbing Electrician. It used to be great but something has gone fundamentally wrong. Looking online I am not the only one to have noticed.

Website was easy to navigate along with value for money on the smoke alarms I purchased.

You used DPD who failed to deliver to my correct address and even the second attempt the following day, armed with the what 3 words pin point still managed to leave it at a totally different location

Quick and efficient

Order before 2.30 for same day dispatch! What a con still waiting for it to be shipped and told if I wanted it same day dispatch I was to order it for next day 10.30am and laughed at down the phone for thinking Same Day Dispatch option via DPD is actually Same Day Dispatch for Next day delivery but told its actually 3 days to ship and then 1 day to deliver as stated by CS
