Illogical return policy of requiring advanced payment for shipping returned item back, why not just deduct from total refunded?

I never got the package and I got in touch with customer service and I still haven’t Hurd back and it’s been a few days already

They never would read my full email until the fifth email I sent in all caps saying read my full email. All I asked was to double check the address I was mailing a return to because the address they gave me auto corrected to something different. This was a gift from Christmas so I wasn’t able to just submit a return on the website.

I love the jacket and the quality the size run small and the customer service in the store very bad they refused to exchange my jacket just because I purchased it online saying they can only do return but I needed my jacket at this point because the weather was very cold and jacket came with broken zipper which is not my fault

I got wrong item and chat with custom service,no response for 3weeks

I ordered the Everest bomber jacket and I was send a totally different jacket. I message customer service on the website and I didn’t get a response until after a week. I was told to return by mail or go to store to return or an exchange.Now I have to travel to the store to try and get an exchange because my daughter really wants the jacket. This is a big inconvenience for me. I don’t think I’ll ever order any from your website ever again. I understand people make mistakes but this was a big mistake, and customer service took way too long to respond to my message.

The worst experience ever. After almost a Month of my purchase I did not receive it yet.

Nice fit. XS for petite women. I'm 5'2 and 130. Only issue not warm enough for January winter. Need another layer underneath.

The fit is as expected and the delivery came quicker than expected. I had to order one size larger than my usual size and thanks to online recommendations I was able to do that. Very satisfied with quality of materials.

I have had many different types of coats and jackets, but these jackets are the best that I have worn. When you put it on, it like a fortress against the cold environment

The selection is missing the edge that the old company had. Even a few 70s retro looking items would break up the dull generic preppy yawnfest that you offer currently. Please give it some thought. Thank you and good luck.
