Although I did not get a notification for the navy eclipsw fiji Gilet in size 6 being available I knew to check the website. Just an FYI I do not think the notification system when items/inventory return back in stock is working properly.

I have several items from shirts to jackets of super dry and they are always high quality

Literally every single item, 8 things, were all the wrong size. I had to return everything which was not an easy process. I'm highly disappointed in my favorite brand. It will be a long while before I think about buying
from Superdry again.

The customer care service is very late in responding. Not that active compared to other companies

I paid shipping for my first purchase and then after got a coupon. Coupon should be for first purchase. The SLIM fit coat was huge and shapeless. Then I had to pay shipping to send it back. Not going to be a repeat customer.

We were very upset with return policy, as we were not sure we won’t get shipping fee back when we return the item and also if we need to return we need to pay for shipping label, this is so insane.

I really enjoy my experience when shopping at Superdry weather it is in store or on line. The customer service in-store on 34th street, I have experienced to be professional and friendly. I try to check the location every season. I love the quality, integrity and style of the garments. I am always able to find something I really can not do without to build my wardrobe. I noticed whenever I wear something from them I Always get compliments on it. In closing I would say please continue with the Integrity and Quality first and foremost. I also do enjoy a good sale. Shipping was delivery was fast. From the U.K to Illinois, U.S in a few days.

I only received one of the shirts i ordered. But i do love super dry flannel shirts.

Received damage pair of pants. The only options they gave me were to accept %10 off or return and buy again, this option required me to pay shipping twice. The %10 off is no different than the discount they send out after you order. Maybe I’m old but I feel if you spend $150 on a pair of pants, and they show up damaged, they should offer to send another pair out right away and immediately give you a return shipping label. Now I’m sitting here with damaged paints and have to decide to live with it or risk sending them back maybe getting a refund. I’m not impressed. Don’t think I’ll ever purchase from SuperDry again. Sucks because I was actually planning on buying several more pair of these, but not with this bad experience.

Illogical return policy of requiring advanced payment for shipping returned item back, why not just deduct from total refunded?

I never got the package and I got in touch with customer service and I still haven’t Hurd back and it’s been a few days already
