I’d like to give lovely feedback about Elsa based in 201 Camden High street Superdrug. She was very polite, helpful and very kind. Elsa has helped me select a nice perfume and she was very patient. She recommended a men’s perfume called ‘Intense’ I love it. It’s people like Elsa that makes a huge difference in customer service in a positive way.

Fab service at Superdrug
I took my daughter who has complex special needs to Superdrug at Roaring Meg, Stevenage. My daughter wanted to have her nails painted. We didn't have an appointment but were able to be seen immediately. Kayla, the Beauty Studio staff member was fabulous!! So patient with my daughter, chatting to her about music, dancing etc, all my daughter's favourite things.
Her nails looked gorgeous and my daughter then had the confidence to have her eyebrows shaped!
It was so wonderful seeing my daughter enjoying these activities. Kayla definitely made this experience so positive! Thank you so much x

My mum and I had our noses pierced at the Hornchurch branch. The piercer Megan was brilliant and very professional. Felt very comfortable in the chair. She went through the form and aftercare in great detail. Would definitely recommend the Hornchurch branch and Megan for the brilliant customer service provided.

Katie at North Quay Lowestoft retail park was absolutely amazing today, she went above and beyond for me and my mum who honestly were not even thinking of buying perfumes today, she took the time to explain all the offers of the day, all the different scents, and even upsold me a perfume pod for holidays / work that I haven't even heard of. Absolutely love our new perfumes which we didnt even know existed and she showed us it and upsold them all. She was so kind and caring and very friendly and this is something you dont see as often so its so refreshing to have someone genuine, who was smiley and happy, we need more Katie's in superdrugs and head office / managers you need to give this girl a pay rise or a day off - Incredible service xx

The best Superdrug experience I've ever had
The best Superdrug experience I've ever had – 24 High Holborn
I came here after another Superdrug store incorrectly pierced my nose. It didn't feel right, and Monika quickly realised the piercing had never actually gone through.
She was kind, professional and explained everything clearly before redoing the piercing. After such a stressful experience, I couldn't have asked for better customer service.
If you're getting a piercing at Superdrug, ask for Monika at High Holborn. She's amazing!
